The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms, each located within the bedrooms (en suite). One bedroom is situated on the ground floor and offers direct access to the pool, while the remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each of them has access to a large balcony with an open panoramic sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying stunning sunsets.On the ground floor, there is a modern and bright living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating an open and welcoming space for socializing. A separate guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.The outdoor area of the villa impresses with a sun deck and a private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing on warm summer days.
