It has 300 m2 living space, 6 bedrooms (2 BR with 2 Single beds each, 3 BR with Kingsize Beds, 1 BR with 1 Bunkbed), 4 luxury bathrooms (o/w 1 with Ensuite), 32 m2 heated swimming pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful Mediterranean Kitchen is generously equipped and has plenty of room for cooking and tasting local delicacies, Nespresso machine, toaster, coffee machine are included. Pool heating is available until 30.5. and after 15.9. , cost 30 EUR per day. Over 10 Guests 25 EUR per Guest per day.

Excellent new Villa!

Excellent new Villa! Large, excellent view, we enjoyed it over Easter. Special treat was the daily parade of the neighbor with his sheep herd. It was very clean, and the host was very welcoming. House is totally new

Holidays in Rovinj

We spent a beautiful spring week in Rovinj. 2 families enjoyed the amenities of this beautiful villa very much. The spot is beautiful and quite, the house is very well-kept. You can see that it´s very new, the bathrooms are superb clean and very modern! Within 5 minutes of drive you have Rovinj and the sea. We rented a boat and had very nice trips. Nature is just at your door step, woods behind the house. We will come back next year.

Super entspanntes Wochenende in sehr schöner Villa verbracht. Alles so wie auf den Bildern. Grill leider relativ klein. Nachbarn sehr sensibel wegen Lärm.
