Located in Verchaix, Haute-Savoie, this 57 m² chalet comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a well-equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a TV for your convenience. The chalet offers mountain views and features a private barbecue for outdoor meals.
Outside, relax in your private garden, on the covered terrace, or the open terrace—perfect for admiring the Alpine scenery. The property is set in a peaceful residential leisure park, established in 1984, bordered by forest and a river.
You’ll have access to 2 shared parking spaces on site. One pet is welcome, but parties are not permitted. Shared amenities include a playground, table tennis, billiards, as well as toys and books for children. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
The family-friendly village offers warm hospitality year-round in a stunning setting. Verchaix provides easy access to Annecy (60 km), Geneva (50 km), Cluses (18 km), and Samoëns (3 km). You’ll be 200 m from Lac Bleu de Morillon and 500 m from the Grand Massif. On site: artisan bakery, bar, restaurants, pizzeria, food truck, games room with billiards and pinball, and pétanque court in summer.
Bed linen, bath sheets, and towels are available for an extra fee.
