The property features three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a spacious living room with two daybeds and Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi perfect for video calls, optional air conditioning and heating, and lovely garden views from every room.



The open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils to make you feel at home during your stay.



Outside, you'll find one of the villa’s highlights: a spectacular 11 x 5 meter private pool, an outdoor shower ideal for hot days, private garden and terrace, sun loungers, barbecue area, and ambient lighting that creates a magical atmosphere at night. There is also an outdoor hot tub available for an extra fee.



The house is perfect for families, offering a crib, high chair, towels, and bed linen included. Pets are welcome upon prior request and for an extra fee.



Check-in is free until 8:00 p.m. Late arrivals may incur a surcharge, which must be arranged in advance. Private parking is available on the property for up to three vehicles.
