This property was absolutely perfect for our 2 family trip. We were traveling with small children and needed something on the ground floor close to the beach, this place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, convenient, updated, and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the staff on site were friendly and accommodating. It’s also in a perfect location, just across the street from the sea turtle rehabilitation center and steps away from the beach. We will definitely be returning and can’t recommend it enough!

Everything about this trip was wonderful. The condos grounds and facilities are top notch. Everyone that works at this property are super nice and helpful. The condo is clean and spacious super comfortable. Our host is the best. Always responds to our needs promptly. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Everything we needed to cook our meals was there. Close to the beach. Very quiet premises. The pool was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Combination lock made it easy. Didn’t have to worry about misplaced keys.

We had such a great stay. 10/10 Kitchen was well stocked with all appliances we needed! The rooms were clean, AC worked great although bedrooms felt hot despite using the fans. It’s nice that they have garbage bins right outside by the stairs which made it very convenient. Highly recommend this 1st floor beach condo!

Very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. We have been staying in different condos at The Tiki for over 20 years and this was one of the nicest condos we have rented. Loved the big TV and very comfortable king bed. The whole place felt clean and new and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the condo is very close to the beach and has a great access to get there. The property owner makes sure to communicate with you in a very timely manner and is so courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a first time travel for our small dog and the property was welcoming for pets as well.

As always, we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. This was our 3rd year staying here. Being on the first floor was a huge plus—it was quiet and offers great views of the pool. The unit was very clean when we arrived and was well stocked with kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Everything was comfortable and well maintained. We will definitely continue staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic Place

Wonderful condo right on the beach. It was an easy walk down to the beach each day, and 2 fantastic pools at the condo complex to enjoy with family and friends. I would definitely recommend this place.
