Familienurlaub
Schöne und zweckmäßige Wohnung. Sehr gut hat uns der Parkplatz direkt im Untergeschoss, sowie der kurze Weg zum Strand gefallen. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet und insgesamt ist fast alles vorhanden. Die Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, sowie das Balkongeländer sollten dringend gereinigt werden und auch unter den Betten könnte mal gesaugt werden. Den Stern Abzug gibt es für den nicht vorhandenen DVD-Player, das defekte Plissee im Wohnzimmer, sowie ganz besonders für das die gesamte Woche nicht funktionierende WLAN. Ohne WLAN sind dann auch die Smart-TV nur noch normale Fernseher. Alle Mängel wurden direkt am ersten Urlaubstag gemeldet, bis zur Abreise wurde jedoch leider keiner der Mängel behoben. Da ist auf jeden Fall Luft nach oben.

Ihre Anmerkungen zu Reinigung, Ausstattung und WLAN nehmen wir sehr ernst und geben diese selbstverständlich weiter. Das WLAN wird von der Hausverwaltung betreut, die in diesem Fall leider nicht zeitnah reagieren konnte. Auch die Reinigung des Balkongeländers gehört zur Pflege der Außenanlagen und liegt ebenfalls im Aufgabenbereich der Hausverwaltung.
Es tut uns sehr leid, dass diese Punkte während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht behoben wurden. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass Ihnen die Wohnung insgesamt gut gefallen hat, und wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie trotz der genannten Einschränkungen wieder bei uns willkommen zu heißen.
