Holiday Apartment 11 in Building 1 of the “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 6 people and one dog.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday near the beach in this 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible by lift. Spanning 70 m², the holiday apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a tub. On the furnished, west-facing balcony, you can soak up the late afternoon sun. It’s just a 50-meter walk to the fine-sand beach and the beach promenade.

The cosy living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy cosy evenings here. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The adjacent kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Useful small appliances, such as a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle, round out the kitchen amenities.

In the holiday rental’s bedroom, a box-spring bed with a mattress topper awaits you for a restful night’s sleep. A flat-screen TV provides evening entertainment. A large wardrobe with a mirrored door offers storage space for your luggage. The floor features designer flooring. The second bedroom also features a box-spring bed for two people. The floor is carpeted. A wardrobe is also available. The sleeper sofa in the living area converts into a comfortable sleeping space in just a few simple steps. For our younger guests, a travel cot (without a mattress) is available in the apartment. Curtains in the bedrooms provide privacy and can be used to block out light.

The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a tub with a showerhead and a shower enclosure. A vanity with a shelf provides storage space for your toiletries. The bathroom is equipped with a lighted mirror, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. A pleated blind is installed on the window for privacy. Fine-grained tiles are laid in the living room, kitchen area, and bathroom.

You can safely store the bicycles you’ve brought with you or rented in a bike storage room. Shared washing machines and dryers are available for a fee to handle your holiday laundry.

You can use the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room at the “Dünenschloss” free of charge. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex features lovingly restored balconies reminiscent of traditional seaside resort architecture. The white sandy beach is only about 50 m away. The centre of the Kühlungsborn West district is only about 500 m away. The apartment complex consists of 4 buildings with several holiday apartments. All holiday apartments in the buildings are accessible via stairs or lift.
Our guests have free access to a well-maintained swimming pool (8 x 4 m), a sauna, and a fitness room. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms. You can securely store your bicycles in a bicycle storage room.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment directly at the apartment complex.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex, Dünenschloss apartment complex, built in 2005, offers a wide variety of holiday apartments, including a generous selection of 1-, 2-, and 3-room units for up to 6 people. Pets are allowed in some of the holiday apartments. Many of the holiday apartments feature a lake view or partial lake view, as well as a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Each holiday apartment is equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
