City Apartment in Schwabing

Due to a change in our living circumstances, we will be subletting our beloved apartment for a limited time.

This spacious apartment on Römerstraße offers plenty of room across 140 m² and a pleasant living atmosphere. The three bright rooms allow for flexible use—whether for individuals, couples, or a small family. The open-concept layout creates a spacious living experience, while the central location makes everyday errands a breeze.

We are looking for responsible tenants who will take good care of the apartment during our absence and feel just as at home here as we do.
