O imóvel precisa de manutenção, é quente e pouco ventilado, não há telas em todos os ambientes

Para corresponder ao anúncio, o imóvel precisa de telas, de ar condicionado e ventiladores que efetivamente funcionem, e as funcionalidades do Condomínio, como sauna e jacuzzi, também estejam em funcionamento, panelas sem cabo, churrasqueira não tive coragem de usar, muito suja por dentro, pias entupidas nos banheiros, tampas das duas privadas quebradas, a casa fica extremamente quente, ventilador portátil não funcionou. Contudo, a localização é boa e os funcionários do Condomínio muito educados e atenciosos! A praia é boa e a piscina estava bem cuidada. Até voltaria para o Condomínio, mas se a casa fosse outra. A proprietária rapidamente resolveu um problema grave, que era o muro caido do fundo do imóvel, o que impossibilitava a permanência com a cachorrinha. Das 5 cadeiras de praia, três estavam quebradas, o guarda sol furado, enfim, apesar de todos os problemas, a estadia foi média, mas com preço muito elevado para pouco conforto.
