This Breton cottage is quietly located in a small village with character, it has a small walled garden and a terrace.
Near the house is the medieval town of Dinan (2 kilometers) - its historic center and its many craftsmen, reachable in 10 minutes by free bus. Many hiking trails from Terre and Mer- Swimming pool, tennis and riding stables 2kms. Traditional bakery at 300 meters - All shops at 800 meters - wifi -
A "sea of possibilities": Walks, by bike or by boat in the Rance Valley: the most remarkable estuary of Brittany with a rich natural and cultural heritage
Terre et Mer is located 12 km from the sea and 16 km from the beaches (Dinard, Lancieux ...) and 20 minutes from St Malo - St Cast, Cancale ... The Mont Saint Michel fast track in 50 minutes. Cape Frehel, Fort Lalatte 35 minutes.
This rental includes the ground floor: living room with lounge - fitted kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet;
 2 bedrooms (1 double bed - 2 single beds).

Beautiful house and owners

Louis and Daniele were wonderful hosts. Daniele met us when we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome. She gave us tour of the house and talked about sights to see and suggested some restaurants. She even made 2 reservations for us. The house is very charming, just what we wanted. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Gemütliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es gibt einen schönen Innenhof. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das sehr schöne Zentrum von Dinan ist in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung diese Teils der Bretagne.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus und seine Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Es liegt zwar nicht direkt an der Küste, aber es ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer oder ins Landesinnere. Dinan ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und hält selbst einige tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten bereit. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und habe uns freundlich empfangen.

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans le gite Terre et Mer. Tout y est parfait : l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, l’équipement du gite très complet. Tout est très propre, bien décoré et fonctionnel. Idéal pour une famille de 4. A quelques minutes de Dinan et 30 min en voiture des plages de la cote d’emeraude. Nous recommandons vivement !

Charmante petite maison qui porte bien son nom "Terre et Mer", sa situation géographique nous a permis de sillonner la région avec les bons conseils de Danièle et son précieux classeur (sites incontournables, bonnes adresses...). Entspannter Urlaub in wunderschöner Gegendd

Wir haben hier zu dritt Urlaub gemacht (13, 14 und Erwachsener) Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Daniele und Louis waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und doch ist man innerhalb kurzer Zeit zum Beispiel in dem wunderschönen Städtchen Dinan oder es sind in einer halben bis dreiviertel Stunde sehr schöne Strände erreicht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Bon séjour pour une famille

Bon accueil, excellents conseils des propriétaires, un point de départ parfait pour faire des visites dans la région ( par ex. Dinan, Cancale, St Malo, Mont st. Michel etc), un parking près de la maison; un arrêt de bus tout près pour aller à Dinan; possibilité de jouer aux boules ( sur le terrain des propriétaires). Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette jolie maison récemment rénovée.

Perfect vakantieverblijf

De vakantiewoning was nog mooier dan we vooraf hadden gedacht. Recent gerenoveerd en werkelijk voorzien van alles wat noodzakelijk is. Rustig gelegen en een perfecte uitvalsbasis om Dinan en omgeving te verkennen. Gastvrouw en gastheer zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpbereid.
