You will find 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a ground-floor room with step-free access. The private kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee machine. Heating is available in all rooms. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, TV, on-demand video, a washing machine, and a dryer. A baby cot, high chair, and step-free indoor access are also provided.



Outside, relax in your private garden or on the covered terrace. A private barbecue is available for outdoor meals. You also have access to shared areas with a playground, ping-pong table, and bike storage.



Several parking spaces are available, and access is convenient by car. One pet is allowed with prior agreement, and family or friendly gatherings are permitted for up to 15 people.
