Fully furnished and equipped for immediate use. Cable TV flat screens, high speed WIFI, security system and all utilities paid. Covered parking, BBQ grills, close to new ballpark and casino, on the greenbelt and golf course, biking and walking paths, two pools, business center, workout gym spa, club house, free trolley to downtown or you can walk, close to everything in very nice, quiet complex. Sorry no pets, no smoking.

Convenient location, Clean problem free property

My partner and I stayed here for 6 weeks in winter 2022 after finding the Bella Vita community the year before. The condo was spotless when we arrived and we love the convenient location in Scottsdale. It’s close to biking, hiking, Old Town and golfing. The condo was adequately supplied with items to make our stay comfortable. After checking in, we didn’t have any contact with the owner which speaks to the fact that everything works fine. There is a high proportion of short-term (one month) stays in this community (including the unit directly above) so there is lots of coming and going. Since the windows don’t open, we sat with the patio door open and a screen would have been nice. We pushed the two recliners together so we could sit together to watch movies in the evening. Overall this is a comfortable, clean, well-located property.

Everything was as pictured, very clean, very close to major freeways. Dennis was very accommodating and was always quick to respond with any questions I had. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place to stay in every respect

The Chandlers are very responsive to any request or concern. The unit was very clean when we arrived with and accurate depiction of the property. The location is great is you want Scottsdale, the best location in metro Phoenix. One mile to 101 freeway, close to Old Town, near the canal for biking, walking, easy access to nice golf course, 20 minutes to Sky Harbor, tons of good restaurants. The unit is very homie. Again the Chandlers were great, Thank You for the accommodation.
