What an excellent location! And the grounds of this condo were beautiful and reminded us of Hawaii! We walked to dinner several times as restaurants were very close as well as along the beach. We made breakfast most every morning and the kitchen was fully stocked. We sat on the balcony a lot and enjoyed the view of the ocean. We are on a main drag along the beach and heard lots of cars revving their engine up and down most every night, but that had nothing really to do with how wonderful the condo was. Oh, and the bed was very comfy.

Location and view are great. Cottage gives you a little more room than the regular room. Murphy bed is great so you still have a living room to use. But the mattress in bedroom as well as Murphy bed needs to be replaced, not a good night sleep. Bedroom has a/c unit which came in handy with the heat wave. However the ceiling fan was covered in dust, dust bunnies on the walls and ceiling of bedroom, needs a deep cleaning. Overall the unit is good. The host is very responsive. This is our second time renting this unit, but if mattress isn’t changed I’ll pick a different unit next year. 15th year at this complex, it’s a beautiful spot and worth the price

We had a great stay here. Great location, very secure, and beautiful grounds. We walked to the pier and walked to the train station with our luggage (about a 20 min walk)

We were in town for an extended weekend. This property was in a great location to explore the beach and downtown. Small but suitable for 2 adults and 2 teens. Great views from the balcony.

The unit looks out at the ocean and the hosts have it well stocked with all you need. Very walkable to the pier and downtown Oceanside.
