The host is super responsive. Very helpful and nice. The location is great. Safe and fun part of town and the view is spectacular. Did not receive 5 stars because the bed and couch are not comfortable and the kitchen was a bit dirty.

My digs.

After a bit of difficulty finding the property all was fine. Bedding and towels was a issue and I had to ring the owner to ask her to change them which she did. Ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some (which I shouldn’t of had to do) but all in all I would rate this apartment as 7/10 very good location.

An amazing view and an amazing location

I have to first thank the host They were more than accommodating to all of my change requests. This apartment is well secured and has a 24-hour concierge. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The apartment is very comfortable and the view is this big selling point Waking up every morning, opening the window and seeing Copacabana beach. You can't find that in too many places. The sound of the waves is very relaxing. It is a perfect location for restaurants and shopping. You have to stay here to truly enjoy Rio de Janeiro.

O único senão, para mim, no imóvel é no que se refere a equipagem da cozinha. Ela é adequada ao espaço, mas numa outra disposição teria espaço para um fogão a gás com forno e uma geladeira maior. Mas apesar de fazeres mais refeições na rua, aumentando despesas com alimentação, não chega a ser um problema, pois dá pra se virar bem com os equipamentos que lá estão. As vantagens da localização superam em muito está questão. Se o valor da diária estiver num preço justo, VALE MUITO A PENA A HOSPEDAGEM NO AP. Proprietária e pessoal auxiliar muito atentos e resposta rápida a questionamentos.

muito bem localizado, portaria eficiente com entrada de serviço com lava-pés, cozinha bem montada e equipada, cama e sofá agradáveis, bom gosto na decoração, limpo com boa reposição de toalhas e roupa de cama. Ficamos no ap. de 07 a 14/01 e ocorreu tudo bem!! A Manuela é super atenciosa. O apartamento é exatamente como aparece nas fotos do anuncio, estavamos Minha filha, Esposa e Eu e o apartamento atendeu todas as nossas expectativas e necessidades. O imóvel é bem confortável. e Manuela, a dona, muito gentil e prestativa. Ela esperou pacientemente que fosse resolvido o erro da plataforma na hora de carregar meus dados. Mas Aluguetemporada no enviou com clareza endereco e telefone na hora do fechamento da reserva, Ficamos muito preocupados porque na plataforma nao era fácil achar. Após o pagamento, deve ser imediata a entrega de dados do imóvel e propietário.

Excelente!!! Já estou com saudades...

Passei 3 dias no Rio...foi maravilhoso! O apto da Manuela é realmente como está nas fotos, fomos recepcionados muito bem pela secretária dela a Maria, adoramos, tudo muito limpinho e perto de tudo. Achei que ia ter que circular de táxi pelo Rio, mas andamos só de ônibus, muito fácil! Os porteiros do prédio passavam direitinho o número dos ônibus...não tem erro! Foi muito bom e seguro, eu indico! Um grande beijo e com certeza voltaremos...Paty, Hans e Caio.
