The master bedroom and bath are just off the kitchen on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV, beautiful mountain views through the windows, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.
Up the winding staircase and past the balcony, the second (loft) bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own private bathroom with double vanity sinks and walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is one floor below the main level and has its own outside door entrance or is accessed by the winding staircase down from living room. There is a king-size bed, plus an additional futon bed. There is extra space in this room for
for additional 2 guests MAXIMUM more than the 6 in sleeping beds. There is a queen air-mattress for the downstairs bedroom if more comfortable than futon. There is an additional queen air-mattress for upstairs loft. Also have two twin air mattresses for the lower bedroom and loft if those are needed instead of queen size.
The lower bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, and Jacuzzi tub. This is ideal for couples or letting the teenagers have their own space.

Three bathrooms make this an ideal home for larger groups of 8. House equipped with Dish Network and Wi-Fi Internet provides information and entertainment options. SMART TV's in Master Bedroom and Downstairs Bedroom and Living Room!
The wraparound deck affords views of downtown Estes Park and the Stanley Hotel property and the majestic mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park.
