We enjoyed our stay on St Simon and at the King and Prince condo. Property is clean, lovely and very conveniently located-within walking distance of numerous restaurants, Neptune Park, Saint Simon pier and lighthouse. The view from the patio is beautiful and property is as pictured.

Overall it was a good stay. The view and location of the property is amazing. Communication with the property manager was great. The one negative that I can say is the furnishings and unit itself are very dated and need some TLC.

Beautiful property! Great oceanfront view! All amenities, elevator, clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything. Restaurant on site and private pool. Close to lighthouse and pier. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful place, great view, responsive host, parking is very tight for large vehicles. Not formally allowed access to the main pool at the resort but there is a smaller pool available for condo renters. Would definitely recommend and will certainly return to the resort.

Room could have been cleaned better. But the location is quiet and secluded with a perfect ocean view. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Was a perfect week long get away with my wife and children, perfect setting for rest and relaxation.

First of all...great view! And the balcony is accessible from both the living room AND the master bedroom, a nice touch. The property was clean, checking was seamless, and the amenities were ample. We didn't require much communication with the owners, but it was quick and easy. The only "ding" was the shower in the master bathroom. It was advertised as a double shower, i.e., two shower heads...and a detachable wand too. However, only the fixed showerhead worked. Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning. We had a great time and the property was a big part of that. The ocean view, the pools, the proximity to some good eateries within walking distance (including Barrier Island Brewing), and being only a mile from everything on Mallery Street, and the value...great stay, great place, and we'll be back!
