You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this 1 bedroom condo. Floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. It has everything you need for a great beach getaway...located on the 4th floor directly beach front.. from the balcony you can enjoy the ocean breeze and views of boats passing through Perdido Pass.

Master bedroom offers a King bed and a flat screen TV. Living room has a 55" flat screen TV and a Queen sofa sleeper making the unit able to accommodate a total of 4 guests.

Updated fully equipped kitchen features full size refrigerator, glass top stove with oven, dishwasher and all the small kitchen appliances to make your stay feel like home. Also includes full size washer and dryer located inside unit.

Free Wi-fi offered inside unit and throughout the building.

I was a solo mom for a week and took my 12 year son and his friend. We had a wonderful time. I loved the decor. The boys were very comfortable on the couch bed and I was very very comfortable in the bedroom. Very well stocked with anything we needed. Owners were amazing and easy to contact.

We stayed at this property in July 2026. Great location and being on the 4th floor make it easy access to beach, Rooms were clean and HVAC cools the place perfectly. The only issue we had was with the elevators, There are three and one was not working during the trip. Since this is a busy time of the year, there was a bit of a wait depending on the time of day. But, being on the 4th floor makes it easy to bypass this situation.I would recommend staying here!

Loved this place! Nice view of the ocean. Comfy bed and furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. You have the ocean, pools, indoor and out, pickle ball courts to use. Close to shopping.Owners were quick to respond with questions and very nice!. Will be coming back!

This Condo at Phoenix East is in the perfect location. Beautiful view of the coastline and pools. Wonderful balcony, we really enjoyed the raised table and chairs that were provided.The bed is large and comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The Condos are centrally located so access to Restaurants and grocery is easily accessible by car. We were blessed with great weather although the recent storms had muddied the water a little. Easy drive to Pensacola for bluer water. The staff is VERY helpful and the owners are also VERY HELPFUL.My only complaint is the 70 uncovered parking fee. I thought it was a little high although it was only 20 per day.I would encourage the owners to purchase a blue sofa, the red is distracting and doesn’t fit with the beachy vibe. We looked at some other condos in the building and Please be aware that you will need to purchase items when you arrive including paper towels, dish soap, coffee filters and coffee, toilet paper, bath soap and shampoo. We brought all but filters, extra TP, dish soap and body wash.

We had a great experience. We appreciated the ocean front view and well stocked kitchen cabinets. There was some construction on the outside of the building that produced noise so we usually scheduled our day in a way that we were out of the unit during the busy hours. The unit itself is perfect. Provides everything to ensure perfect vacation.
