Wonderful property for large family of 9 with young adults. Easy access to beach. Beautiful backyard/pool area was a highlight! Appreciated having beach towels/wagon/canopy/chairs. Excellent communication from property manager, and when necessary, owner. Would rent this property again.

The home was very well appointed. Every kitchen item we could have wanted was there. This was perfect for 7 people including a 4 year old. The pool and hot tub were fabulous.

Great location! Within walking distance to the beach. The house was so family friendly - lots of pool toys (for adults and kids), lots of kids life jackets and floaties, lots of beach gear to borrow! We had a great week and the communication was great with the owners!

Great Location, lots of room

Great location on the island, near multiple shuttle stops, plenty of room for all 9 adults in our group. Beds were very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were heated and we enjoyed them everyday!

Utterly perfect! Perfectly appointed. Perfect location. Perfect inside and out! We have been coming to South Padre Island for 15 years and this is one of the best rental properties we’ve encountered. The stretch of beach a very short walk away is our favorite stretch of beach on the island. The house is amazing - clean, stocked with everything you need, and the backyard, pool and hot tub are glorious! Tons of fresh towels and linens, comfy beds, even aloe gel and lotion under the bathroom sink if you get a little too much sun. :) They thought of everything. We will definitely be back! :)

We had a wonderful vacation! The house was great - beautiful pool, lots of room in the house and the kitchen had everything you would need. The house was close walk to the beach and we loved having the golf cart to transport our stuff back and forth. The property managers and slowness were great to deal with and very responsive. Loved being able to bring our dog with us as well! Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this property for our annual family vacation. The property was nice and very spacious. Everyone had their own room with a king size bed. Most rooms had their own bathroom. The living room was spacious. The property was a minute long walk to a beach access which was very nice. Overall had an amazing time filled with swimming, eating, and making memories with my family.

Beautiful and quiet

Properties great and the backyard pool is awesome for kids and family. Absolutely love South Padre. I've never been to a beach town that was so quiet (We were there for the last five days in April). Definitely coming back here again.

Family Vacation with Adult Children and Grandchildren. The property was exactly as described and was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the pool and bar area. We were in a quiet part of town with a very short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!
