This was the perfect room! It had just the right amount of space. We loved the plants/trees offering privacy around the windows and the full screens/shutters were amazing for letting in the breeze! The location was perfect for getting to everything we wanted/needed to. We really appreciated the variety of beach chairs, coolers etc available for use!

We had a great stay in a quiet neighborhood with everything we needed and more. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. The only downside was the lack of AC—I’m a bit spoiled, so I noticed it at times—but overall it was still very manageable. It rained a bit during our stay, and falling asleep to the sound of rain with the shutters open was incredibly relaxing.

Ocean was not visible from the room, but could hear the sounds of the waves. Heard lots of bird, critters as well. Room was well appointed. We had everything we needed in terms of supplies...

Amazing Stay!

This property is in an amazing location with close proximity to the beach and downtown Kona. Plenty of parking if you have a car and you can hear the ocean at night! Will stay again!

Nice quiet neighborhood. It is outside of Kona town, so a drive to get any food or coffee. There is beach access within walking distance. Great for solo travelers

Great location, great beach supplies

Great access to all the Kona coast attractions. Ours was a very Beach focused itinerary so we really appreciated having access to cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, mats and snorkeling gear.

Nice place for a quiet Kona stay

Nice and quiet neighborhood that's not too far from multiple beaches and an easy drive to restaurants and shops. Isaac was a great host and provided me with a bunch of recommendations on nearby things.
