Newly remodeled (May 2021) and surrounded by majestic mountains, this spacious retreat is located just 1.5 miles from Durango Mountain Ski Resort (Purgatory), 30 miles or less from fabulous shopping and eating in both Durango and Silverton, and just 42 miles from the Durango airport.

Activities:
Enjoy nearby hiking trails, water falls and swimming holes, hot springs, incredible mountain biking, horse back riding, tubing, white water rafting, zip lining, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, ATVs and jeeps, tennis, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snow shoeing, and sledding. Or just relax and take in the beauty!

The Condo:
Perfect for families or friends, the condo has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft (sleeps 8), 3 bathrooms, a large open-concept family room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and two balconies. Also provided for your enjoyment are two flat screen televisions, two DVD players, a large selection of movies, games and books, a stereo, free wi-fi, stocked fire wood, sleds and tennis rackets.

Lovely Stay!

This was a perfect spot for our Thanksgiving get-away. We used the sleds on the nearby hills, swimming pool, and hot tub. It was a clean, nicely decorated, and has a lovely view. We would love to visit again!

Ski Weekend

We had an amazing time staying at this home. It was beautifully renovated, clean, and lots of space. The location was so close to Purgatory ski resort, which was awesome for us after a long day of skiing. Communication with the owner was exceptional. I highly recommend this property!

Cozy mountain getaway

We loved this rental unit! The owners were very helpful and clear during our entire stay. The condo had amazing amenities nearby and we loved how close it was to Purgatory. The sleds in the closet were fun for the kids to use on our down day. Great memories - we’ll be back!!!!

Christmas getaway

The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early which we were very appreciative of. They had also let us know ahead of time that the dishwasher was not working so we weren't caught by surprise. Overall the place was the perfect size for our family. My family loved the fact that each room had its own thermostat and could be set to the temperature of each person's liking. I would definitely recommend others to stay here. My family and I were so happy with our stay that we are considering coming back next year.

Condo at Cascade Village for ski and sightseeing

Beautiful condo, conveniently located near Purgatory Ski area and Durango, Colorado. We used the shuttle to go skiing, which was very helpful.The owners were very available and helpful to answer our questions.The condo was updated and very welcoming with all the comfort needed. We loved being able to rest next to the warm fireplace in the evening and firewood was conveniently provided.We appreciated having covered parking by entrance door and a place to leave our ski equipment.The decoration was very tasteful, perfect for a mountain feel. Last but not least, the views! Amazing views of the mountains from both levels (living room/kitchen and upstairs bedroom). We enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for these beautiful memories!

Spring Break getaway

The condo was well equipped and clean - plenty of space, and great sleeping arrangements for us and our three kids. The downstairs basement with two double beds was great for the two older boys, and being able to have our little guy in the bedroom upstairs down the hall from us with his own bathroom was perfect. The view from the condo is beautiful, as is the surrounding area. It is a bit of a hike into town, though, and there's not a whole lot around the condo, so just know that going in and you'll be fine. We really enjoyed Durango and got a good sampling of the restaurants and breweries in the area.

Comfortable Rental with many extras

This unit is very comfortable and suitable for a family vacation of 6-7 members. We, as a 5-member family, where super comfortable here. It has been recently remodeled/upgraded with new kitchen, smart TV with fast wifi and bathrooms. The kitchen is super equipped with cookware and utensils not normally found in condos of this category. Beth was very helpful and friendly. She responded my messages almost immediately.

Awesome Mountain Condo

The Condo was very comfortable, roomy and nicely decorated. We had eight people in our party and there were beds for all. The 3 bathrooms allowed us all to get ready without waiting. The view of the pond and the mountains in the background are breathtaking. The condo is conveniently located in the center of multiple outdoor activities. Mountain biking, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, river rafting and more. The pool, spa, sauna and soaker tubs are large, we'll maintained and comfortable.

Wonderful condo!

So many wonderful things about this condo. First, it's comfortable and has more than enough things to make it feel like home. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, and glasses--more than enough for one meal or even one day of meals. The kitchen also has ample provisions--spices, coffee, sugar, a wine vacuum pump and stopper! The pans are well worn, but plenty of them. The beds are all very comfortable and there are plenty of spare blankets and linens. The condo is VERY QUIET. You don't hear neighbors, you don't hear traffic. There are games and movies and sleds and all sorts of things to keep your family occupied. The owners are very organized, proactive, and easy to communicate with. This is our new favorite place to stay near Purgatory!

Perfect for Purgatory!

Our family, and another family with kids stayed here in mid-March to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Purgatory. This is our 3rd time staying a Cascade Village, and this condo was our favorite accommodation! Our kids particularly enjoyed being right next to perhaps the best sledding hill at Cascade Village, while the adults enjoyed being able to watch the kids sled from the comfort of the spacious dining room, living room and balcony.Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!

We stayed here for our winter break with my family and one other sharing the condo and it was a great experience! The kitchen was well stocked and equipped, the condo had lots of extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. Comfortable furniture, great layout, and good amount of space. The shuttle to Purgatory mountain was a great amenity also. Great hosts and highly recommend to anyone looking for a winter getaway! We will be back...

Relaxing Mountain Condo

This was our third annual visit here. The condo is very spacious and has great views of the mountains. The location is very convenient to many beautiful hiking trails. The condo is nicely updated and has all the cookware needed for cooking meals. We loved the cool mountain air while sitting out on the balcony in the evening. We would highly recommend staying here.

This home was super nice! It's in a great location for access to Purgatory, the Nordic Center, and other outdoor adventures. It was super clean and was a great space for 4 adults and 4 kids. We enjoyed the furnishings and artwork. The community center pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center is great.

Family ski trip

This is the absolute perfect set up for a family skiing purgatory. The space is large, very clean, and has three lovely bathrooms and bedrooms plus a large, fully stocked kitchen. We will book again!
