Newly remodeled (May 2021) and surrounded by majestic mountains, this spacious retreat is located just 1.5 miles from Durango Mountain Ski Resort (Purgatory), 30 miles or less from fabulous shopping and eating in both Durango and Silverton, and just 42 miles from the Durango airport.

Activities:
Enjoy nearby hiking trails, water falls and swimming holes, hot springs, incredible mountain biking, horse back riding, tubing, white water rafting, zip lining, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, ATVs and jeeps, tennis, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snow shoeing, and sledding. Or just relax and take in the beauty!

The Condo:
Perfect for families or friends, the condo has 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft (sleeps 8), 3 bathrooms, a large open-concept family room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and two balconies. Also provided for your enjoyment are two flat screen televisions, two DVD players, a large selection of movies, games and books, a stereo, free wi-fi, stocked fire wood, sleds and tennis rackets.

This was a perfect spot for our Thanksgiving get-away. We used the sleds on the nearby hills, swimming pool, and hot tub. It was a clean, nicely decorated, and has a lovely view. We would love to visit again!

Great Getaway!

We stayed here for our winter break with my family and one other sharing the condo and it was a great experience! The kitchen was well stocked and equipped, the condo had lots of extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. Comfortable furniture, great layout, and good amount of space. The shuttle to Purgatory mountain was a great amenity also. Great hosts and highly recommend to anyone looking for a winter getaway! We will be back...

Fantastic condo and area.

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well laid out. It was easy to communicate with the property managers and they were helpful and accommodating. The area is beautiful and we were able to get in a wonderful hike to Ice Lake and a relaxing soak in the hot tub afterwards.
