Proximité de la plage et du centre ville, jolie résidence verdoyante et calme, très bien entretenue. Avons passé un très bon séjour. L appartement est un studio de 40m2 avec grand balcon qui selon moi convient plus pour 2 personnes même si il y a un BZ dans le séjour. Il y a un parking en sus que je recommande car les places dans la rue sont payantes.

Excellent appartement, pour 2 personnes, idéalement situé, entre gare TER et centre ville.A deux pas de la rue piétonne, et à 10 mn à pied de la gare, ce qui est très pratique, car nous avions décidé de visiter la région en TER et à pied.L'accueil est très sympathique, résidence calme, propre, et parfaitement situé.

EXCELLENT

Très belle résidence au calme à 2 pas du centre-ville et des commerces. Le studio est très bien agencé et le balcon-terrasse est un vrai plus avec une vue dégagée (pas sur la mer, mais il y a un tableau maritime dans le salon !) A 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Nul besoin de voiture, bien que la location dispose d'un parking en sous-sol. Très bon séjour chez Martine et Pierre qui sont en plus fort sympathiques.

Séjour très agréable au centre de Menton

Appartement très bien situé, propre, confortable, bien équipé. Accès centre ville et plage facile et rapide , résidence calme et bien entretenu à 10 minutes de la gare à pied et aussi possibilité de prendre la navette gratuite qui dessert le centre ville . Accueil très sympathique par nôtre hôte. Nous recommandons sans réserves

l'appartement est très agréable, lumineux, et dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bien situé en centre ville, mais au calme car il ne donne pas côté rue. Le plus : le garage car le stationnement est vraiment problématique dans le secteur !

Appartement ensoleillé avec parking privé et balcon vue sur jardin, mini concert dans une église, commerces, restaurants et bars à proximités, mer et plages, pas besoin de voiture pour les balades, agréable séjour avec petite brocante dans un parc, marché toute la semaine et l'Italie à deux pas .. nous avons bien visite menton san remo italie et environs de nice et la dame charmante tres bienveillante un super sejour nous avons adore menton nous avons ete visiter les agrumes de la maison gannac sur les hauteurs aussi et ramene les fameux citrons et j'ai fait de la confiture allez sans a priori dans cette belle residence avec des proprietaires super

Très agréable séjour à Menton

Appartement calme très bien situé. Proche rues piétonnes, vieille ville, gare, autoroute et bien sûr, plage. Nous avons pu faire de belles excursions : Sanremo, Roya, Monaco... et de jolies visites culturelles ! Le patrimoine régional est très dense, nous reviendrons car il nous reste encore beaucoup de belles découvertes à faire.

Très bon séjour, appartement agréable

A 5 min de la plage, dans le centre historique de Menton. Conforme à l'annonce, propriétaires accueillants. Résidence calme. Nous avons un très bon séjour.

Sympa mais attention au fort chaleur

Petit appartement dans le centre de Menton pratique pour se balader a pied et aller à la plage. Manque un peu d'entretien Une climatisation extérieur très mal poser qui souffle de l'aire chaud vers l'intérieur donc en cas de forte chaleur c'est très compliqué d'apprécier l'appartement.

La climatisation a beaucoup trop fonctionné cet été... Elle sera contrôlée cet hiver par le spécialiste , un vrai professionnel niçois ( Clim'elit) qui l'a posée. la remarque :climatisation mal posée est inappropriée.

Séjour Menton

Bien reçu à l arrivé Bel emplacement proche centre vielle ville et des plages. Facile de faire des belles validés de jour comme le soir. Les propriétaires sont près de nous en cas de besoins. Peuvent nous donner plein de renseignement et je les remercie encore pour la confiance qu ils ont eu envers nous
