This is the perfect place for families and couples! House is spacious and well appointed with giant yard for kids and dogs to play. Pool and boat slip make this the ideal place to stay in the Keys!

This property is as listed and was a great location for our Keys vacation. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and enjoyed the pool, our porch and grounds. I gave it a 4 for cleanliness because we had to restock our own toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel.

This is the third year we have stayed in Indigo Reef for school break with our son and grandsons. The condos are so comfortable, roomy and well equipped . The location of the resort is perfect...close to stores and markets, great swimming pool, canals and docks for boats and fishing, beautiful sunsets. A very nice family place with great people as your neighbors!

This was our second year spending New Year's week in the Keys--last year in Key Largo. Indigo Reef was a wonderful resort location for our family. Beautiful lawns for kids and dogs to play, lovely pool, the boat right on the premises. The townhouse was well appointed and clean. We had such a good time we've already reserved for next year.

Indigo 47

This unit is well stocked and in a fantastic location. The rental agent is responsive and accommodating. For those with boats, the assigned slip has a finger pier/dock and is somewhat exposed during inclement weather. We’ve been staying at Indigo for years, and these units are really great overall. They are wood frame and have started to show their age a bit, but still one of the best places to stay in Marathon.

Indigo reef was amazing! It has such a great atmosphere where everyone hangs our together and all the kids make friends and play! This unit has some updating that needs to be done, but the property manager was amazing and said it was all in the works! I’d definitely stay here again!

Very clean and well set up property. Right on the water w boat slips included. Nice outside grassy area for our dogs. Pool is close by, ice machine in area. Pots pans and all for cooking etc. Would 10/10 recommend staying here

Beautiful Indigo Reef

We rented villa #47 It was really clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need! We were very happy so were our teenagers grandsons. Our boat slip was right out the back door. The pool was clean and conveniently located!! We will definitely book this villa again!

As a property it was nice. Our unit was not cleaned properly, the sofa bed was full of dust and the sheet were never removed. The refrigerator was not cleaned we had to clean it ourselves.

Great place. We were with our family 8 in all. Place and property were great. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Went biking everyday. Only thing wrong were the squeaky twin beds. All in all great place would recommend it.

Lovely stay at Indigo Reef

We had a great time while staying at Indigo Reef #47. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable but did make a lot of noise as you moved on them. The location is perfect, especially if you bring/rent a boat. The fishing is great, the reefs and sandbars are beautiful. We love the pool and the views from Indigo Reef. Overall, we had a great stay and I would recommend this unit to others.

Marathon stay

Great location in Marathon, nice protected docks for boats. Check in was a lock box that we were supposed to be emailed the code but weren't. Had a difficult time getting a hold of property manager. When we finally got in to unit found it had not been cleaned after previous renters vacated. Property manager made good and gave us a nights refund for the trouble which was fair compensation for our inconvenience. The unit itself was very nice and comfortable and would recommend.

Well equipped, spacious condo. More than enough room for 7 of us. Grounds are beautiful, picture perfect sunset every night. Pool area large, clean, lots of comfortable pool chairs. Condo was very clean when we arrived. Only reason we didn't give 5 stars is cause the beds were very squeaky, woke us up when we moved. Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely pleased with Indigo Reef #47

We were very happy with our stay at Indigo Reef #47 at Marathon over the past Christmas holidays. The 3 bedroom/2 full bath accommodation was perfect for our party of 5 giving us sufficient space and meeting all of our expectations. The town-home was clean and spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and there were adequate towels for everyone. We enjoyed the pool area and visited the gym; the washer and drier were very handy during our week-long stay. The terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and meals. The whole Indigo Reef complex looked beautiful, very well kept and was quiet. We would highly recommend Indigo Reef #47, Katie was readily available when we needed her to resolve a quick concern. Should we ever be back in Marathon, we would definitely chose Indigo Reef again.
