Enjoy spectactular sunsets while in Paradise and staying at the beautiful Indigo Reef Resort. Show casing endless Gulf front views. Watch the sealife right from your balcony. This beautifully appointed, nautical décor home comes fully equipped to suit your vacation needs. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is stocked so you can dine in or cook your fresh catch on the BBQ down at the docks. Relax and enjoy a cold Margarita out on the balcony while overlooking the ocean. This unit is very close to the pool and the boat slip is right out back of your porch.

The 1st floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bathroom. 2nd floor will have your 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is equipped with a washer and dryer so you can do your laundry if needed.

The master has a king sized mattress, flat screen TV and its own balcony with Gulf views. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from this top floor balcony! The bathroom comes with his and hers vanity, a stand up glassed shower and separate tub.

The guest room has a queen sized mattress and a flat screen TV.

The third bedroom comes with two twin beds.

The two guest rooms have a smaller shared balcony overlooking the carport area. Also they share a guest bathroom in the hallway.

PETS ARE ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL FROM PROPERTY MANAGER FOR A NON-REFUNDABLE FEE OF $175 AND UP DEPENDING ON SIZE AND QUANTITY.


Indigo Reef is a gated community sitting on 10 acres with a beautiful natural Florida Keys landscape. There is a fitness center if you would like to keep your schedule while on vacation, a community pool, ice machine and 30ft (overall length) of dockage per unit.

** THE HOA DOES REQUIRE PROOF OF YOUR BOAT INSURANCE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. **

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT PLEASE MAKE STORAGE ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. THE MARATHON MOOSE LODGE IS THE CLOSEST STORAGE FACILITY AND IS LOCATED RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE INDIGO REEF ENTRY GATES. PLEASE CALL THEM TO RESERVE AND MAKE PAYMENT.

This unit can sleep up to 8 people but please note there is only bedding for 6. You are allowed to being an air mattress for the additional 2 people if needed.
