Comfortable air conditioning flat, well located, 400 m from beach

Ideally located, in the center and near to beach, bright and completely renovated self catering apartment. Refine decoration. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a small building (2 apart per floor). It has all comforts. There are one main bedroom (double bed), one child room (single bed), American kitchen, living room with table for 6, pullout sofa bed for 2. Huge fully equipped modern kitchen includ. fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dish washer, oven, 2 hobs, lots of cooking utensils. One balcony and a small outside table. Design bathroom, seperate toilet. Situated next to the train and bus station (car not necessary). Pets not allowed. Perfect for two people or a family with kids. Once you reserved, Sandrine and Emmanuel will help you upon request to prepare your stay. We will also come to pick you up at Menton train or bus station.

Nice place

This apartment is really nice, clean, and centrally located. It even has an extra room with a single bed in addition to the main bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are balconies on both front and back of building. The train station is literally across the street but the noise is not bothersome (and I'm generally pretty sensitive about noise). Many good activities in the area. The hosts are wonderful people who were pleasant to deal with and very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Tres belle semaine dans un bel appartement bien équipé, proche du centre, de la gare Sncf et de la gare routière.On a pu trouver avec un peu de difficultés une place de stationnement pour un tarif visiteur de 15 la semaine.La ville de Menton est splendide.La fête du citron et le carnaval de Nice nous ont émerveillés.Merci pour les oranges et les citrons.

Nous avons passés des très bonnes vacances dans cet appart. Tout propre, tout mignon; et les propriétaire 20/20 On se sent bien . Le petit bacon est un + pour feuilleter un livre tôt le matin en buvant son petit café. Un vrai moment de détente

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement avec les enfants. Appartement est très fonctionnel et bien placé pas loin de centre et de la gare pour voyager, par contre une chambre à coucher est un peu bruyante la nuit vu la proximité de la gare. La plage le plus proche est à 10 min environ, et celui plus animé et plus adopté aux enfants environ 17-20 min. Il y a les restaurants et les commerces à proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. On était très bien accueilli et renseigné.

L'accueil, les prestations, l'attention des propriétaires, tout était au rendez-vous. L'appartement est bien placé à coté de la gare, à 10 minutes du centre ville. A spacious and well-appointed flat within easy walking distance of beaches and transport links.

Menton is a lovely town with good transport links to the whole of the Côte d’Azur and across the border into Italy. The apartment is well situated for easy walks to the town centre and beaches and is near bars, restaurants and local shops. It overlooks the station, which is very handy for day trips along the coast, but does mean that it is very noisy at night. The hosts always responded quickly to our messages and were very welcoming, meeting us at the station on our arrival and taking us to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with effective air-conditioning in the main living-room. It can sleep five, but the bed in the second bedroom is very small, best suited to a child. Towels and bedding are provided at an additional cost and it is necessary to clean before you leave, or you are liable for an extra 50 euro cleaning fee. This aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our week.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet appartement vraiment parfait ! Un chaleureux accueil par la propriétaire, un côté cuisine très bien équipé, salle de bain top et une literie très reposante. 5 minutes à pied jusqu'à la gare pour aller à Nice , Monaco où l'Italie..... 10 minutes à pied jusqu'au Centre Ville et bord de mer..... Des superbes jardins à visiter ..... Un très bon souvenir et un grand merci aux propriétaires

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Menton. L'appartement est joli, bien équipé et bien situé à proximité du centre ville et des plages et à côté de la gare ce qui est appréciable pour faire des visites à Nice ou à SanRemo. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Une semaine sympathique dans un appartement très agréable et très bien situé, l'accueil sympa et gentillesse des propriétaires qui sont venus nous chercher a la gare. l'immeuble est calme et à proximité des commerces et plage. Sans voiture proche gare plage et casino et centre

Sommes venus par le train Paris/Nice et petit changement quai d'en face TER jusqu'à Menton. L'´appartement situé à deux rues de la gare. À quelques pas de la mer et du Casino dans toutes les directions on trouve des supérette de style Carrefour, Casino, Super U... Nombreux bus pour aller découvrir les alentours pour 1,50 €. Bien isolé côté rue nous avons apprécié le matelas confortable. Lle descriptif est conforme à nos attentes. Appartement est spacieux très propre et fonctionnel. Nous étions deux. Nombreux jeux de société et bibliothèque mis à disposition. Wifi fonctionne très bien. Nous remercions M. Et Mme pour leur accueil et pour être venu nous chercher à la gare.

A noter dans le carnet d'adresses!

Appartement très agréable et reposant, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. La petit chambre attenante est parfaite pour un enfant. Nous avons pu nous reposer idéalement. On peut se rendre à pied en ville et à la plage, c'est super! Pour se garer, pas de problème. Nous n'y sommes restés que 3 jours, mais si nous avions connu l'adresse, nous serions arrivés plus tôt! Les propriétaires sont très sympas.
