Overall a nice stay in a nice area! Lot's of extras included to make the stay fun for some beach activities. Bob was very fast to answer any questions. I'd come back if ever in the area again!

Cute place. Bigger than expected. Had everything we needed. Access to beach is still closed which was a bit of a bummer, but not too far of a walk to another entrance. Enjoyed our stay. Communication was excellent.

Unit was clean and came with amenities that were as described in the listing. Access to the beach is currently under construction and the walk has increased to 15 minutes.

The access point directly in front of the property is under construction for maintenance and almost done. This is out of my control and the city has moved the finish date couple of times. Please always check the city website for beach conditions and access. All this information is available on the website. The additional walk is eight minutes. The rating appears to be based on conditions out of my control. Again please check with the city and be aware you are still very close to the beach and two other access points. I'm sorry for the minor inconvenience.

Central location to friends and family in San Clemente, Dana Point and South Laguna

The apartment had everything necessary for staying 2 weeks. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We would definetly stay here again.

Perfect location and getaway

This was our second visit, we enjoyed the first visit so much, that we decided to come back, and glad we did. The host goes above and beyond, is easy to communicate with. This is a very close, convenient location to the beach, and so relaxing. We’ll be back again!

Loved this property; short walk to beach, 10 min walk to pier and restaurants. Parking is funky but host sent photo ahead of time that made it perfectly clear -- very nice proactive communication.

Quiet, peaceful and just steps from the beach

This was the perfect beach apartment for my stay. It is literally just a few steps to the walkway leading down to the beach and walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The host communicated instructions clearly

Perfect rental of you live the beach!

Our stay was amazing. The landlord was kind and wonderful. The property was warm and inviting. It had everything you needed to cook, play at the beach, wash your clothing, etc. This property is walkable to the pier, the beach, dinning, and shopping. It was so lovely we actually changed our trip to spend most of the time in the beach and in town.

Great Location - Needs TLC

Bob was very helpful and responsive. The location is great and the nights were quiet. Parking is a plus. The place needs some TLC -- not very clean, old carpet in the bedroom and no attention to detail.

Perfect Location!

The rental was in the perfect location. The path to the beach was right down the road! We got to meet the owner when we drove up and he was very helpful in telling us exactly where to park. We drove a large SUV but it was not a problem. The unit was spacious and the area was quiet and cool. We enjoyed our time there!
