About this property

Awesome studio on the beach! ocean views! Sleeps 4, pool, hot tub, BBQ

You will love the 5th floor ocean views from the private north facing balcony of this studio. The Florence complex sits right on the beach. It's just a short walk over the boardwalk to the ocean. I don't think you can stay any closer to the beach!
This updated unit has a new queen bed & queen pull out sofa will comfortably sleep 4. It's fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your meal prep needs. We use 100% cotton sheets and supply plenty of nice towels for your stay. To lighten the packing load we also have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards & a small cooler for our guests to use. Pool and hot tub, cable & WIFI
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.
Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required.
Max guests: This unit must not exceed 4 guests.

Spring Break: Spring Break age requirement is 21, everyone staying must be at least 21 unless they are with their parents. No exceptions.
Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.

Very clean and comfortable place. Had all the fixings to cook, bake and eat with. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen and bathroom sink had great hot water but the shower did not, that is my only complaint is the shower had no hot water. They even supplied towels for the dog and a couple of old towels to use.

Bed was okay, had to fight with the plug for the AC unit it kept coming unplugged because the outlet was so loose in the wall. The Hot Water Heater quit working for the first 3 days until it was replaced but it was Christmas. Didn't use the Balcony much because there's a Hot Tub on the Roof of the Building next door so there wasn't much privacy. The Exhaust Hood over the Stove needs replaced it was very loud. The pool and Hot Tub were closed until the day before we checked out which sucked and the WiFi didn't work.

Great getaway, and location. Right on the beach.Close to many restaurants and activities.

Enjoyed stay. Everything I needed was at the studio. Kitchen had enough space for small family to cook. I recomrnend no more that 3 adults, or 2 adults with 2 children.

Perfect for a couple

This condo had everything we needed and was right on the beach. A little snug so I wouldn’t go more than 2 people. The beach gear was so helpful and we enjoyed our time there.

Cozy, clean, comfortable & convenient.

Perfect small but cozy studio apartment right on the beach. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The only problem that we encountered Was that we left our jackets at home in Harlingen but the condo was perfect, the premise and common areas were clean and well maintained safe and secure. We had a wonderful time. We hope to be back.

Great experience

I was station at the Coast Guard Station here in SPI 20 years ago. This eas a return trip with my husband and it was perfect. This was my first time back and it hasnt changed much. The condo was amazing. Wish i had a place luke this when I loved on the island.

Excellent location, clean grounds, and felt very safe. Our rental was very well equipped with everything we needed. Glitches with the AC and dehumidifier were the only downfalls, this could have been repaired quickly if communication with management responded.

Right on the beach!

This was a good space for a quick weekend getaway with the kids. The condo is right on the beach which was a huge selling point for us. There were no starter coffee filters but not a big deal. The biggest problem for us was that the blankets that my kids had to use for the pull-out smelled like urine. There were quite a few stained towels which we had to let them know about right away so you don't get charged for them. Also on our last night I felt something crawl across my face and when I looked on my pillow there was a roach. Luckily like I said it was our last night. We didn't really use the pool, it was small and crowded. The unit could definitely use some upgrades. The property manager and her husband were great though. Easy communication and he was on the beach and was so friendly.

Hard to sleep, too much noise

The AC compressor was the loudest we have ever heard and the dehumidifier added to the noise by a banging sound when it went on and off. The only night we could sleep was when we lost power. I’d recommend both of these units be replaced before you try to rent this unit again.
