Location de qualité qui a répondu à notre attente.Le garage de grande taille est très pratique pour accueillir un grand véhicule et le matériel de plage .En septembre la rue et l’environnement est calme.Très proche de la plage et des commerces c’est bon bon choix de location.En notre qualité de gens de l’Est on a réalisé un nettoyage approfondi du logement à notre arrivée et depart ainsi qu’un rangement de l'équipement de la cuisine. Il manque une râpe à legumes. Les couteaux IKEA sont inefficaces heureusement deux autres couteaux de qualité étaient disponibles.

Urlaub in La Faviere

Die Wohnung ist ordentluch und sauber. Es wird wohl in Schuss gehalten. Es ist alles da. Das Induktionsherd und der Backofen sind sehr gut. Nur die Bettwäsche muss mitgebracht werden. Genug Geschirr und Stühle sind da. Es gibt ausreichend Platz sogar für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Es gibt zusätzlich ein Reisebett. Die Lage ist an sich ok, nur hört man morgens den Kehrdienst und die Müllabguhr. Man muss mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Während wir da waren, war es nicht so warm. In der Woche vorher waren es 36 Grad. Wie es da ohne Klima wäre, weiß ich nicht. Es gibt aber einen Deckenventilator. Den Balkon haben wir nur am Abend genutzt. Sonst knallt da die Sonne. Der Strand am Camping ist ok, aber sehr stark abfallend. Mein Gefühl ist aber, heuer ist der Meerespiegel höher. Vergangenes Jahr waren wir in Cavallier Plage, und der Strand dort war sehr flach abfallend. In diesem Jahr ist der Strandstreifen dort auch schmaler und es geht gleich bis zur Hüfte. Wir sind zum L'Estanol gefahren. Im Carrifour Market in Le Lavandou kann man günstig Fisch kaufen. Wir haben es dann zuhause zubereitet. Preisleistungstechnisch war es gut.

Leider fehlt in der Wohnungsbeschreibung, dass Bettlaken, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher selbst mitzubringen sind, was zu erheblichen Problemen führte. Die Angabe einer Endreinigung seitens des Gastes ist ebenfalls nicht aufgeführt. Bei der Übergabe der Wohnung wurde nur französisch gesprochen, englisch war nicht möglich.

Dans logement une seule casserole ce n'est pas assez Compliqué pour des personnes à mobilité réduite. Manque tout de même la climatisation et un parasol pour le balcon. Sinon idéal avec enfant car accès à la plage direct et en plus garage pour la voiture.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Beauftragten Person vor Ort klappte tiptop. Das Appartement ist wie auf den Fotos. Einzig die Toilette ist separat und nicht im Bad. Induktionskochfeld war super. Dem Wlanrouter nach dem einschalten nicht meh bewegen sonst fängt man von vorne an mit dem eigeben des Codes, der übrigens nicht hinten auf dem Router steht sondern er erscheint einige Zeit nachdem einschalten im Display! In der Garage hatte unser grosses Auto (Höhe fast 2 Meter) gut Platz. Da das Appartement an der Fußgängerzone liegt war es manchmal doch recht laut und die Kehrichtabfuhr am frühen Morgen war auch nicht gerade leise. Der erste Strand ist direkt um die Ecke und auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar. Leider hatten schon viele Läden zu. Wenn man zum Strand unterhalb des Zeltplatzes geht ist man besser gegen den Wind geschützt. Aber alles in allem ist es ein angenehmes Appartement mit einer guten Einrichtung!

Bien locatif bien situé, près de la plage et des commerces. Facilité d'accès, cet appartement est bien équipé et entretenu. Propriétaire prévenant et à l'écoute personne sur place aux petits soins pour les locataires. Bormes est de plus une commune très dynamique...A recommander

Uma settimana pazzesca alla Faviere

.E stata una bellissima sorpresa!!Arriviamo e veniamo accolte da Madame Favier ,una persona cordiale e davvero tanto disponibile una simpatia di signora .Appartamento molto carino,pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario e al centro del paese che tra l’atto è carinissimo c’è tutto dal panificio a ristorante tutto sotto casa senza parlarne della vicinanza dal mare siamo andati a tutte due spiaggia vicine e sono ottime acque pulitissime abbiamo fatto molto sport . Vicinissimo a lavandou che siamo andati a piede è una passeggiata piacevole ,a 10 km da Hyères per chi vuole andare alla isola di porquerolles, Carrefour casino e intermarche vicinissimo nulla in più da dire vacanza perfetta ! . Ci siamo trovati molto bene e spero di ritornare il prossimo anno per una vacanza un po' più lunga!un grazie a mister christophe Peix per la disponibilità

Abitazione molto confortevole

L'appartamento è davvero carino, molto ben accessoriato e comodo. Tutto quello che serve è raggiungibile a piedi e il garage è sufficientemente spazioso per accogliere anche un'auto di grandi dimensioni. Vi sono effettivamente rumori notturni, soprattutto in alcuni giorni e al mattino presto, che si possono eliminare chiudendo le finestre. Non c'è impianto di condizionamento ma ci sono dei ventilatori in una delle camere e in cucina che servono nel caso si debbano appunto chiudere le finestre, perché in genere è molto ben ventilato. Quest'anno (agosto 2018) il mare di fronte alla casa era molto sporco, perché pare si sia rotto un depuratore, abbiamo perciò dovuto percorrere circa 1 km per raggiungere le spiagge vicino a Lavandou dove invece l'acqua era splendida. Spero lo riparino in fretta perché nomalmente è bellissima anche lì.

Einfach nur Toll.

Das 3-Zimmer Apartment liegt sehr schön zentral in LaFaviere. Theoretisch braucht man den ganzen Urlaub kein Auto. Die dazugehörige Garage ist groß genug um problemlos auch einen Mittelklassewagen aufzunehmen. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, sogar kostenloses W-LAN ist im Preis enthalten. Der Balkon ist nach Süden und an 2 Stellen kann man sogar das Meer und den Strand sehen. Schräg gegenüber sind die beiden besten Lokale des Ortes. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist in der Nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sollte es uns nächstes Jahr wieder nach LaFavier ziehen, gerne wieder in dieses Apartment.

Tout simplement parfait

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans un appartement qui contient tous les éléments de confort possible. À proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants et lieux de vie. Alors certes il y a un peu de bruit le soir et le matin mais le double vitrage remplit parfaitement son usage. Il est de plus possible de réaliser un courant d'air en entrebâillant la fenêtre de la cuisine et la baie vitrée, l'absence de clim' ne s'est donc jamais faite sentir. À recommander sans aucune hésitation!
