Our wonderful apartment is on the first floor in a quiet block of only 4 apartments. It is very spacious, modern and comfortable, very well equipped with free fibre optic WIFI and unlimited air conditioning throughout. Netflix and English TV. It truly is a home from home.
We have recently replaced all air con units which are unlimited, efficient and run very quietly to ensure a great nights sleep. The external windows and doors have also been replaced for both comfort and efficiency.
The large sofa is ample to seat 5 people comfortably and the dining table seats six.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all utensils.
Balcony off the lounge/dinning area with table and chairs for Al fresco dining.The roof terrace is accessed up two flights of stairs and has wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountains and partial sea views.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 master ensuite with King size bed and bathroom with bath, shower, wash basin and toilet, 1 further King size bedded room and 1single bedroom with bunkbeds both of which share the second bathroom which has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
There is a separate laundry area with washing machine and pull out airer for drying.
This apartment is in a fabulous location, only 2 minutes to beach and Pine walk and 2 minutes to the square. Restaurants on the doorstep and parking on street outside.

We fell in love with Majorca 20 years ago, spending our holidays with family and friends in Puerto Pollenca. It was always a dream to have our own place and we talked about it every year until we were lucky enough for our dream to become a reality. Although we live by the sea in Lancashire in a lovely place, for us nothing will come close to magical Puerto Pollensa. Our dream is now that one day it will be our permanent home.

We chose this property for its location and also it is very spacious and allows plenty of space for family and friends to stay with us. It also has wonderful views, the convenience of being central but not on a busy road.

There is parking outside and restaurants on the doorstep. Only 1 minute to the beach and Pine walk and a couple of minutes to the Square
