Just a few steps from the beach, 3 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms, well stocked large kitchen, decks to hang out with a drink after a long day on the beach. Had an awesome week-long stay with my kids. Host is responsive, check in easy. Everything you need to get a relaxing vacation in OBX.

Great house- kitchen is well stocked and everything is very clean. The price point is excellent - the walk to the beach is very convenient. We have a 2 and a 4 year old and it was a great spot to go back for potty breaks and naps. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for my family! The deck was relaxing,with the sounds of the crashing waves. The location was great, close to the beach and a few restaurants nearby. Not alot of people (which is wonderful)

OBX Stay

The stay was great. My brothers and I did an OBX fishing weekend and the location of the home was only a short drive from the marina, it worked out perfect.

This is our second time staying at Fin and Tonic and were a little more disappointed this time. Maybe having a baby crawl all over the floor just brings attention to it, but the carpets were dirty. We also had an ant issue, but, it was instantly fixed by the host— she was extremely on top of it. The downstairs AC also is not very strong, so it was hot at night, even with it set to 70. I was also not prepared for the amount of things that were not provided that are typically supplied by Vrbos. We had to buy more toilet paper (there was only one roll in each bathroom), paper towels (only one provided), dishwasher pods (only two provided), and hand soap (none provided.) Apparently this is to be expected from a OBX rental— but as someone who didn’t grow up coming here, this was unexpected for me. It would have been nice to know before because everything is so much more expensive down here. Other than that, this Vrbo is a great value for its proximity to the beach! We were able to just walk to the beach and walk back in mere minutes. Beds were clean and comfortable. Host was kind and responsive. Has all the dishes you’d need and great community spaces (deck, kitchen, living room).

It’s nice to get a place where it feels like home. You can relax and unwind. Literally a few steps from the beach and short drive around the island to visit your favorite places.

Great spot near the beach

Fin & Tonic had everything we needed and is just a few houses in from the Frisco beach! Location is great if you’re staying on Hatteras island-close to the Ocracoke ferry for a day trip, a grocery store 10 mins away if you forgot something. We had a great time!

Our Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our host, Carol, was a great help in assisting with my reservation and gave awesome local advices on things to do! The house was very clean, well stocked and the perfect set up for our group. Beautiful Frisco beach was a very short walk from the house and our early morning strolls are a favorite memory of our visit.

Off season rental

Our group was looking for a place to stay while duck hunting in the Outer Banks during the off-season. Reached out to the homeowner explained what we were doing and she was more than happy to open her house to us for a couple days. Great location nice setup in the house for sure would recommend
