Nice condo. Perfect for my needs. One suggestion....please put some kleenex or other facial tissue in the unit and please put a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I almost ran out! Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

Perfect size for a small family. We loved the relaxing vibes and having coffee on the back screened in porch. The clothes washer and dryer made it easy for us to return home with clean clothes. Everything we needed was there and provided for us.

This was a nice place for a pet. The back door opened to a private grassy area. Because people weren’t walking there, our pup didn’t feel the need to bark. We enjoyed the quick stroll to the restaurants. Hurricanes across the street allowed our pup and had great live music. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Loved that it was on the main floor and could walk right in from parking lot. Plenty of towels and very comfortable. Did not cook but looked like it had everything you might need. Seafood Kitchen right across the street has the best fried shrimp! Great condo!

My husband and I stayed here over July 4 with our dog while our kids stayed with their grandmother in Old Town. We loved the location because there are great restaurants across the street, grocery stores less than 1 mile away, and it's a quick and easy drive to Old Town. Ocean Village Club was a well-maintained and quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking our dog. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the check-in process was a breeze. We would definitely stay in N-16 again.

Q36 was a great location & size. Master bed is a air mattress NOT a "sleep number" its a sister company. No true mattress. Bedroom #2 mattresses are not comfortable. I slept on the couch the full 6 days

Thanksgiving Get-away

Our second year in a row in St, Augustine for Thanksgiving. We try to stay at Ocean Village Club for our trips to the coast. First time in this unit. We were very pleased. Tastefully furnished with a coastal theme. Very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. The kitchen really did have most everything that was needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal. We could bring our fur baby with us and the unit was on the ground-floor. What else could you ask for? Will rent this unit again. Different using a management agency instead of a single owner but no difficulties.

Fantastic Beach Retreat

I had a great vacation with this 2 week booking. This was my first time at this property, but I’ve been to St. Augustine and this area of the beach multiple times. The property was great! Hoses, a private beach walk, 2 pools, and within steps to great restaurants. This condo is much bigger and nicer in person than the pictures give it credit for. My guests and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfy beds, living spaces, and big bathroom. My only suggestions would be to have linens/pillows available for the pullout bed as it advertised to sleep 4 total in the condo and maybe an update on the blinds because they seem to be just past their prime. Other than those very minor suggestions, this was hands down a win. Also major points for the pet friendly aspect. Would 100% book again.

I would consider staying there again.

The unit was clean, and perfect for my dog and I. It is near the entrance and A1A, but that didn’t bother me. If you’re a beach person, the long walk to the beach access may be a problem, but that wasn’t an issue for me. The ladies in the rental office were wonderful. The only issue I had was that the couch was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sit on it.

We enjoyed our stay .Its a little walk to the beach but its a great beach area ! 🏖Grounds and pool are wonderful and well kept ! Condo was nice and in general perfect for two ! The dishwasher never worked properly , only one setting if you get to even work ! I ended up doing dishes by hand. Please get a decent coffee pot asap . What's there is a $20 coffee pot that I think they replaced the basket from another coffee maker. Grounds in our coffee 🙄 I just bought one to use and took it home .... How about a decent fry pan everything stuck .... There's restaurants and grocery stores within a block or two ! Great location . St Augustine is beautiful . Looking forward to visiting again
