The house can accommodate up to 10 people. It adapts well to families with children, but also to groups of friends.

Bella casa con qualche scomodità
Per la prima volta abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in una casa vacanze ed abbiamo scelto questa bella casa con 8 posti letto.
Le parti comuni sono funzionali con un bel soggiorno ed una cucina attrezzata sufficientemente.
L' unica scomodità sono stati i 3 livelli che erano collegati con una scala a chiocciola.
Nel piano strada c'era la cucina, il soggiorno, un bel bancone, un patio ed un bagno che doveva servire da bagno delle camere al livello superiore.
Nel piano superiore c'erano due camere... una matrimoniale con i materassi del letto da cambiare in quanto affossati nella parte centrale, e l'altra cameretta adatta solo a bambini in quanto c'era anche un letto a castello, ma inadatta per adulti.
Nel piano inferiore c'erano altre due camere: una matrimoniale ed una doppia... entrambe comode. Poi c'era un bagno, anch'esso comodo ed una sala televisione con salottini.
A completare la casa c'era un giardino pavimentato con bersò e della vegetazione intorno. Purtroppo l'unico momento in cui si stava veramente bene era il mattino in quanto tutto all'ombra e quindi fresco... ma ovviamente tutti noi andavamo al mare.
Dal mezzogiorno fino alle 21 il sole di fronte rendeva il tutto cocente.
Tutto sommato abbiamo soggiornato in una settimana relativamente fresca e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di refrigerazione... ma fosse stato il caldo dello scorso anno, di sicuro si sarebbe sentita molto la mancanza di aria condizionata che è inesistente.
Le camere al piano superiore, sono comunque molto più calde rispetto a quelle inferiori.
La proprietà ci è stata consegnata ben pulita e in buono stato.
Abbastanza vicino alla casa c' è la Baia di Budoni che offre un bel mare pulito, una bella spiaggia lunghissima e soprattutto poco frequentata dai soliti venditori ambulanti che invece in altre spiagge sono numerosissimi. Cosa importante il costo del parcheggio a 2 euro per tutto il giorno... e un bel baretto in legno che offre ogni sorta di comodità... dal bar, al cibo veloce e soprattutto la toilette... che in Sardegna, con le spiagge libere e selvagge è difficile da trovare.
