Great house in a great location! Close to USAFA, Interquest, and N. Academy Blvd. House was big enough so that we could all retreat to our rooms but also gather as a family in the large living area. Highly recommended for USAFA Parents Weekend or Graduation or other larger family gathering in Colorado Springs.

Great location

The house was perfect for what we needed and it is so close to everything we wanted to do and see. It has a great view of pikes peak from the dining room. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor seating areas. The hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Week in the Springs

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs! We were there for USAFA graduation week and this location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed and the house itself fit our group comfortably. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Venue For Our Family Gathering

We throughly enjoyed staying here with our adult sons and their families while attending our 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with other extended family members at a local restaurant. The home was perfect for providing community in the family area while giving those who were still sleeping the quiet they needed to get their rest.

Family fun.

We enjoyed this beautiful home with all of the beautiful views. It was well furnished and had lots of movies, books and games for children and adults. It was just right for a large family or multifamily stay.

Our stay in this house was so great. The house is so well situated close to the Academy and any other amenity in the Springs, but tucked away in a quiet peaceful cul-de-sac. The quiet deck was one of our favorite spots to enjoy the beautiful views and watch all the small critters that liked to come visit. The house was spacious and well stocked. The hosts were so wonderful! Very responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond, being willing to receive a wheelchair delivery for us before we arrived, and reaching out to us to offer us use of jackets in the house when they saw the weather was going to be wet for one of our events! I would absolutely stay here again—I highly recommend this house!

Clean, but needs some deck maintenance and other home updates. Front door storm glass door handle fell off, ice maker in fridge door was not working and sporadically leaked. Spiders and ants downstairs. But, none of these ruined our trip. Well equipped with what we needed. Overall great experience! The guys fixed the front door handle. We left the allen wrenches in the junk drawer for you.

Absolutely wonderful stay

My sister and family live about five miles from this property so the location was ideal for a weekend that included a military retirement ceremony and high school graduation. As if the location were not ideal enough, the home is beautifully furnished, scenery and setting are idyllic and peaceful, and everything about it is comfort, comfort, comfort! The hosts were beyond gracious and welcoming, and as long as this home is available, my family and I do not intend to search for any alternate locations on future visits. Definitely five stars!
