Nice place! Great pool area!! If I have only one thing to say it would be to make it easier to get the kayaks and boars in the water. The dock sits high up off the water making it hard. They have a floating dock but it’s to dangerous to jump on as an older man. Having a walkway or some way to get to a lower dock for boards and kayaks

The property is right on the bay, so beautiful to look out the window to enjoy. If there is a breeze the dock is perfect to sit and enjoy the bay. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of fans if the a/c can’t keep up with the Keys summer heat. The king beds are Sleep Number, so that you can adjust to your liking. Every room has a full bathroom, which is nice. The outdoor screened in porch is perfect to watch a storm or hang out with your family/friends. The seating in the living room is perfect for all to spread out and be comfortable and the kitchen has nice pots/pans/accessories. The kayak lift was a very nice extra for my boys to easily kayak in the bay and the pool was nice and refreshing. The owners were quick to answer questions and fix issues that we may have had.

This was the most walk stocked house I've ever rented. They thought of things I didn't even think about. From laundry bags for swim suits to sunscreen. Beautiful spaces and the surroundings houses available for rent didn't compare. If privacy and the view are important to you book this house. From the driveway to the back yard your pretty secluded and able to enjoy the peace you came to the Keys for.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Marathon! The house was very accommodating with plenty of room for our whole group. Everyone had their own space and never felt crowded. The amenities were top-notch and made our vacation feel incredibly relaxing.The pool was a huge highlight! We spent hours relaxing and swimming every day. The dock was perfect for fishing, and we had a blast catching fish right from the backyard. During our stay, we saw sharks, manatees, dolphins, and a variety of fish. We also took full advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards. One of the best features was the kayak lift—it was a total game changer! The privacy of the property was fantastic, giving us a peaceful retreat while still being part of a great community that we really enjoyed.This place checked every box for a memorable Florida Keys vacation. We loved it so much that we’ve already booked our return trip for next year! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped home with amazing water access. Five stars all the way!Thank you to the hosts for an incredible experience!

Perfect stay!

Our family (myself, husband and 3 young adults) stayed here and had an amazing time! The house was perfect, clean and as advertised. We enjoyed exploring the keys but mostly hanging out by the pool and grilling. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great location!

The house was very clean and in fantastic shape! It was located close to all of the restaurants and attractions that we frequent during our annual Keys vacation. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a bit of privacy and close to everything the Keys have to offer.

This is a beautiful property! We had one issue the AC but the owners addressed it quickly and were very accommodating on our needs. We plan to rent this house again in the future!

Great place!

We had family and friends staying at this place for lobster season, and we had a blast! The house is in a great location, it’s great to be able to park the boat right at the house. We also had a blast swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock! Highly recommend staying here

Our second time staying at this beautiful home and property and we are looking forward to coming back next summer! We love everything about this rental! The new dock is beautiful and very functional especially with the new kayak lift that was added. The new kitchen, master bath and flooring looks great! The host is very responsive if you have any questions. Truly a great rental home!
