Spend your next vacation in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 living rooms/2 bath recently remodeled home while enjoying the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard in the beautiful and scenic nature coast . New appliances , new kitchen , and guest bath. . Fish off the dock or watch the sunset by the pool while sipping on your favorite drink. Direct gulf access for boats up to 40 feet. Kayak or boat around the corner to the flats (a beach in the ocean) and swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with the dolphins or just hang out and enjoy nature .The open Gulf is only 300 feet away. Boat rentals available @ local marinas.Two single kayaks available for your use. Pets (dogs) welcome must be pre approved. There is a 6 person limit at all times. If violated you will be asked to leave and forfeit your security deposit. No more then 3 vehicles please .


Enjoy visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private new dock is the perfect place to fish or park your boat if you choose to bring one. There is a Jacuzzi that waterfalls into a swimming pool, as well as a private dock for boating. There is fencing installed around pool . This house is a fully furnished home with two living rooms,two bathrooms with showers, one electric fireplace, and a new fully equipped, eat-in kitchen. The entire space can sleep 6 people with two king beds , and a built in queen bed in the sun room . The outdoor area is perfect for eating dinner overlooking water , gorgeous sunsets , boating ,kayaking, scalloping, fishing , grilling or just sitting by the pool soaking up the Florida sunshine . Smart t.v's in all bedrooms and living room. This house has many new upgrades including all new furniture and appliances. BOOK NOW FOR SCALLOP SEASON .

Whether you're looking for a spot for your next scalloping trip, fishing excursion, kayaking adventure, family get together, or a relaxing escape, this is a beautiful location. Two hours Disney. In-shore and off-shore fishing charters available. Enjoy the amazing local cuisine our many restaurants available here in Hernando Beach. Some of which will cook your catch straight from our waters. The home was warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable for us. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and watching the sunsets. We caught lots of fish off the dock, including a hogfish. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was AMAZING!!!! The pictures don't do it justice. It was extremely clean and plenty of space for our family. The pool was wonderful and our girls enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the canal. 10 out of 10! And Carol's response time was excellent.

Awesome location, very quiet and peaceful. Quick and easy access to the gulf. Kayaking right from the dock to the gulf was easy and so much fun. Clean and very comfortable place to stay. Loved it!!

Wonderful accommodations with everything that we needed. Beautiful setting on the canal. Home was clean and spacious for four adults. Too cold to use the pool but we did heat up the hot tub twice during our visit. Carol, our host, was quick to respond to any questions that we had during out stay. Highly recommend.

Our stay was over the top and the house was perfect. The pool overlooking the canal of Hernando Beach to the ocean was great. Bonus for the home was the pool and the lanai. My family had an excellent experience and will return again to visit my family and to come back to my hometown to visit. Thanks for a great experience.

Great long weekend getaway

The house was clean and fully equipped. We enjoyed the pool, dock for fishing and patio area for hanging out. We rented a boat from Hernando marina and enjoyed fishing and snorkeling in the gulf. We will be back! Thank you!

Pool was great. Potential safety issue with stairs down to sea wall from patio- could use a railing. Location great. Near great restaurants. Sunsets phenomenonal. Kayaks a bonus. Screen section missing on porch should be fixed to keep bugs and leaves out.

Spring Break with grandchildren.

What a wonderful time we had vacationing in your home. Our 3 grandchildren had a blast. Fishing, swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. It was wonderful having the pool and we spent the week outside. A dolphin swam right out around the dock and they had a blast fishing. We went over to Clearwater and had a beach/ pier fishing day. We loved our trip.
