The apartment is private, new, exclusively on vacation. Its decor seeks to reconcile a place of vacation, recreation and rest with the welfare and lightness that these should provide a place. Nothing better than being in a beautiful, lively, light, we can convey feelings of well-being and happiness. Thus, sought to reconcile the great generosity that space offers with a decor that uses grounds of the sea, colors, light and fresh grounds that mixed with hot for Africa (original screens) offer the tenant a true spirit of peace and prosperity. If we join in the scenario of Serra de Monchique forward, and the sea of Alvor on the side we have the almost perfect scenario. Lack then noted that the landscape may be degustada, sitting in the balcony of the apartment, with a view of tranquility, infinite, without buildings and noises close by. Appartement hyper grand et on se sent rapidement comme à la maison. Terrasse avec vue magnifique et coucher de soleil tous les soirs. Antonio nous a accueilli avec le sourire et sa bonne humeur. Aucun souci pour sa garer en plein mois d'août. Intermarché accessible à pied. Alvor est très joli et les plages sublimes.Nous recommandons et gardons l'adresse si nous revenons en Algarve.

Hemos pasado 15 días en este apartamento y decir que la estancia en el apartamento ha estado muy bien. Es comodo, no le falta de nada y esta en una zona muy tranquila a 15 minutos andando al centro del pueblo. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena, pasaron a limpiarlo a la semana de estar alli. La situación de Alvor es muy buena para visitar el resto del Algarve. Las playas expectaculares. Muchas gracias al dueño Antonio por el trato y la informcación recibidas. Totalmente recomendable

"Desde o processo de contracto de aluguer até à estadia, o proprietário foi sempre bastante atencioso. O apresentado no anuncio corresponde ao verificado no apartamento, muito bom para quem tem miudos pequenos ou quem procure realmente por um ambiente calmo e sossego. O ambiente envolvente é bastante amplo e de vista desafogada, apenas a distância para a praia obriga à utilização diária do carro, mas sempre se pode usufruir da piscina do condominio. Recomendo"

"L''appartement est conforme aux photos: jolie décoration, très spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Seuls le sèche-cheveux et la chaise bébé manquaient à l''appel. L''appartement se trouve dans un immeuble haut entouré de nouvelles constructions mais la vue de la terrasse qui donne sur la campagne et les chevaux est une bouffée d''air. La voiture est indispensable."

"Great value for money- ...

"Great value for money- Apartment is lovely, it's in a quiet residential location about a 15min walk to the centre of Alvor. We used the car alot when heading down to the beach but you could walk. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Apartment has everything you'd need and the balcony gets the sun from about 1 onwards all evening!"

It is a private housing unit only available during vacations time. Its placement was carefully thought in order to give the guests the feeling of joy and well-being that vacation time asks for. The decoration bonds sea scenes with the warm colors of Africa to provide the guest the right vacation mood. The view to the Monchique mountains with a pinch of sea can be treasured from the balcony. There still are places like this in Algarve!
