Perfektes Haus mit super Pool

Für Familien mit Kindern super.Viel Garten zum Toben und Spielen oder im Schatten (Sonne natürlich auch) liegen. Der Pool hat richtige Größe zum Springen und Schwimmen u angenehme Temperatur im Sommer,auch wenn er geteilt wird. Wir waren die meiste Zeit alleine drin. Für extrem heiße Tage kühlt die Klimaanlage im Haus. Der Sandstrand in Senigallia ist in 15 - 20Minuten erreichbar. Die schönen Klippenstrände von Sirolo od Numana sind eine knappe Stunde weg. In die Berge auf 600 Meter Höhe ist es auch nicht weit und etwas kühler.Der Besitzer ist sehr versiert und ortskundig. Er steht gene und zu jeder Zeit für Fragen oder Hilfe zur Verfügung, da er neben an ein B&B führt. Alles in allem, ein perfekter Urlaub.

Belles vacances dans les Marches

Bien située avec une jolie vue sur Ostra, cette location nous a permis de rayonner et de visiter les localités entre San Marino au Nord et Fermo au Sud et de la côte à Gubbio, Urbino et Fabriano. La piscine, la cuisine extérieure, le coin repas sous la glycine et les espaces verts sont superbes et en tout point conforme à la description. La maison est conforme à la description qui précise 2 chambres. La 2ème chambre est en fait le salon avec le canapé en osier comprenant 2 matelas très minces.

Semplicemente Paradiso

Ho pensato tanto a cosa scrivere, non è facile esprimere in pillole, le emozioni di un'esperienza che rimarrà nel mio cuore. Mi sono innamorata di Ostra e dell'ospitalità che ho ricevuto. Si entra in una dimensione fatata dove non si può che sentirsi a casa. Lidia è una persona deliziosa ed una proprietaria seria e onesta. Ho trovato una casa pulita essenziale e curata e lo spazio esterno è un parco ricco di una vegetazione degna di un orto botanico; la piscina è un ristoro indispensabile nelle giornate calde, un divertimento per grandi e bambini, ed è abbastanza grande per allenarsi! La cucina esterna e il Bbq ci hanno permesso di vivere all'aperto sempre! Ostra è stata una piacevole scoperta, una cittadina medievale da visitare, girare, ammirare, da viverci per l'ordine, la pulizia, la cordialità della gente, per non parlare della qualità del cibo! In poco tempo si raggiungono le mete più belle delle Marche e la sera seduti sui gradini davanti la piscina, sogni incantata dalla vista della città vecchia e dalla luna che illumina i campi di girasoli. Al mattino presto fatevi una bella passeggiata per i campi, se avete voglia di farvi un paio di km, sarete ricompensati con una colazione divina da Golosamente!

wunderschöner Urlaub in den Marken

Ein wunderschönes Haus , umgeben von einem großen Grundstück, eine absolute Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben zwei unvergessliche Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Der große Pool mit Aussicht auf Ostra und das Umland läßt einen wunderbar entspannt. Ein wirklich tolle Erfahrung war die Außenküche am Haus, aufgrund derer man jeden schönen Sonnentag im Freien verbringen kann.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommende und sehr auf das Wohlergehen Ihrer Gäste bedacht. Alles war so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Vielen Dank für unvergesslicher Ferientage.

Very nice stay!

We had a very nice stay here! Ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 kids. Very peaceful, great outdoor kitchen, enough shade for our 2 year-old to play, very clean house and well maintained swimming pool, nice garden for children with swing and little house to play in. The swimming pool is shared with the owners, but they are almost never there. Only minor: the water in the bath was or hot or cold, so very difficult to rince out your hair, but there was also a shower by the swimming pool, which had a better temperature. Very nice owners, very friendly.

"Nous avions bien informé...

"Nous avions bien informé le loueur que nous étions deux couples. Le soir de notre arrivée il n''y avait qu''un seul grand lit, qui a été partagé par nos deux épouses. Les hommes se contentant de deux sommiers équipés de matelas aussi épais qu''un magazine. Par la suite un grand lit a été mis à notre disposition et a trouvé sa place dans le séjour. Il n''y avait pas les deux chambres promises. La piscine est moins valorisante que la photo. Si nous avions eu l''adresse exacte nous n''aurions pas loué, étant à moins de 10 metres de la maison des proprietaires. La région et le ville d''Ostra sont jolies et la mer n''est qu''à 15 km. Le climat y est aussi agréable. Nous reviendrons dans cette région."

"A very nice and convenient house, especially for the possibility to prepare and have lunch or dinner outside on the agreable terrace. The area is worth discovering indeed and our host were very kind and helpful. A warm recommendation for this house. UNe belle maison à proximité d''Ostra, belles collines et les Marches sont à découvrir. La maison est très agréable, tout comme son jardin, sa piscine et sa terrasse arborée et équipée d''une cuisine. Nos hôtes sont également très sympathiques!"

"Very nice location, no noise, warm welcome. The house is excatly as descripted in the ad. Clean swimming pool and table football well used by our 2 children. "Gemütliches Bungalow in wunderschönem Garten (mit Pflückrecht für Gemüse und Gewürze) mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang; gute Ausrüstung (Bettwäsche, Strandtücher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Swimmingpool). Für 4-köpfige Familie absolut ideal. Gute Erreichbarkeit von Meer (Senigallia 20km) und der Berge (Arcevia 30km)."

What makes this property unique

The road where our property is located is famous because the locals support both the road of centenarians. The air and water of the place seems to make it easier to reach a healthy old age. The house is well cared for and over the years we have made the park a magical place, full of suggestions, reserved corners where it is pleasant to stop to read, think or admire the view, which varies depending on the point of observation. The house seems immersed in nature and even at night the spectacle of the stars is particularly impressive. The possibility of using organic products makes the holiday particularly healthy.
