A home with space

We had a very nice stay. The house is big, with many rooms, and so ideal for a big family. The newly installed air conditioning was also a big plus. The house itself is not new, but the downstairs bathrooms were recently modernized. Nice wooden patio and small garden (with turtles). The outdoor shower is perfect when returning from the beach, which is very close so that you can easily walk there. The house is in a densely built-up residential area in Carnon, so the immediate surroundings are not particularly picturesque - but a park and the beach are just around the corner. The proprietor was very friendly and even picked up parts of our group at the train station when the rest of the family arriving by car was delayed.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus hat tolle Lage sehr nah an einem wunderschönen Strand gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind auch gegeben. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Ein praktischer Waschraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden.Der Garten ist einfach nur traumhaft, sehr gemütlich, mit einer Sitzlounge, einem großen Essbereich, einer Sommerküche mit Grillmöglichkeiten und sogar zwei niedlichen Schildkröten, die unsere Kimder bespaßt haben. Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar und hat sich umgehend um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Une belle maison à deux pas de la mer

La maison est très belle, très grande et très agréable à vivre. La terrasse ombragée avec sa cuisine extérieure est vraiment top. Nous étions 4 adutes et 5 ados et nous avions de la place. La maison est à 2 pas de la plage et c'est vraiment appréciable! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Très bonne adresse que je recommande.

Maison très chaleureuse, joliment décorée et fonctionnelle. Idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis ( nous étions 10 : 3 couples et 4 ados). Elle est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel calme tout en étant en bord de plage.

Parfait !

La maison est très spacieuse, très agréable, très bien équipée et très propre. Literies de bonne qualité et belles salles de bain. Le petit jardin avec sa grande terrasse ombragée et sa cuisine extérieur sont particulièrement agréables. Le salon et la cuisine sont très spacieux et on s’y sent tout de suite très bien. La plage, pas trop bondée même en aout, est à une minute à pied. La vie à Carnon est très reposante, Montpellier est à 15mn en voiture et la région est géniale. Bref, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de très belles vacances ! Je recommande vivement !!

Un séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans une villa bien aérée et fraîche et parfaitement conforme au descriptif fourni. Accueil sympathique et idem pour la remise des clés. Un seul point à noter: si la villa dispose bien de 13 couchages, de fait seulement 10 se situent dans les chambres, 2 sur une mezzanine et un dans le salon. C'est clairement indiqué dans le descriptif mais je pense qu'il faudrait néanmoins mieux le spécifier. On s'est débrouillé mais un lit dans le salon ce n'est pas idéal. Cela n'enlève rien à l'ensemble des qualités de cette location, calme, bien située et très fraîche malgré 34° à l'ombre.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce quartier résidentiel au calme. La maison dispose de tout confort et est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Ariane a été très flexible pour nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La location ne comprends pas les draps ni le ménage mais il est possible de rajouter ces options en supplément.

Superbe house with superbe location.

Our family with 6 adults and 2 children, had a wonderful week. The house were very good arranged. The garden with outdoor kitchen, and a big terrasse was very nice and charming. The beach was only two minutes walk from the house, and it was a very good for children. The host Ariane and Philippe were extreme helpful and very good to communicate with. They even drove the hole family to the Airport the last day - a outstanding service. We liked the stay, and we recommend it very much.

Je recommande vivement cette location, vous ne serz pas déçu ! La maison est très agréable à vivre, pratique, très jolie également. La terrasse avec sa mini cuisine extérieure est également très agréable. La mer est effectivement à 2 mn à pied, c'est super pratique ! La propriétaire est très sympatique au demeurant, bref je vous recommande vivement cette location.
