Beautiful 4 bed 3 bathroom south facing villa wheelchair and disabled friendly

Stunning 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa in a small gated community which has a South facing pool receiving maximum sunshine all day. Our villa is disabled and wheelchair friendly with wet room/ walk in shower. It is set in the popular West Haven community.
It has 2 master suites, one of which has patio doors straight out onto the pool deck. The other two bedrooms are both twin room, one of which is disney themed.
The living area is spacious and open plan. The pool deck boosts a covered lanai for alfresco dining.
The villa is equipped with everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as being at home.
We have a games room with a pool table, foosball and air hockey.
Whilst staying here you have use of the clubhouse, community pool, tennis courts and gym.
It is in easy reach of all the theme parks inc Disney which is 15 mins drive. It is in close proximity of shops, restaurants and many golf courses.

A lovely home and a perfect area. Close to ChampionsGate shopping and restaurant areas. Around a 30min drive to Disney World, Sea World, Discovery Cove, International Drive and Universal Studios. Mark and Caroline are very helpful and quick to reply. I could easily go on to say more, but can sum it all up by saying that we hope to be back soon.

Home from home!

After arriving we were pleasantly surprised to find that the pictures didn't do justice to the house. It was much bigger than we thought and beautifully decorated. It is in a great position at the bottom of the 27. We found it easy to jump on and off the i4 so only a short drive to Disney and the 192. Also really close to Posner Park which has lots of shops and CiCi's Pizza. Good sized pool and decking area and situated in a lovely neighbourhood (one neighbour helped us on bin day). A spotless villa with a bright and airy feel! Perfect location, 20 mins away from the parks!

Myself and a party of 4 stayed at this beautiful villa for 8 days whilst visiting the Disney parks. The villa is set back within a very peaceful gated community, located just 5 mins off of interstate 4 we were at the parks in under 20 minutes some days! The villa itself is absolutely spotless and has every appliance/utensil you would ever need. There were also a lot of little extras which made the stay even more memorable; from a choice of 5+ pool inflatables to complimentary dishwasher detergent etc etc. Finally, the hosts were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had one very minor issue with one of the patio door alarms during our stay and I emailed the hosts and they sent a member of the maintenance team round to the villa to resolve same day! Thanks again we all had a fanatastic stay.

Very nice home in a very quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our 1 week stay here in January 2019. The home is laid out nicely and plenty of space for several people. Overall it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The lanai and pool area were nice, although it was too cold the week we were there to use the pool (even though we paid for the heated pool!). About our only complaint was that the beds could have been a little more comfortable (*disclaimer: I have a very bad back so I may be more sensitive to this!). Caroline was great to communicate with and very quick to reply to any inquiries we had. We felt the rate for the week was very reasonable. We would definitely consider coming back again.

Nice place to stay

This was a nice property and clean upon arrival. This may be an odd thing to mention but this place had THE best towels of any rental I’ve ever stayed in. Tons of towels and they were huge and plush. A lot of beach towels for use in the pool too. I also liked that the pool has its own half bath on the patio so my kids didn’t have to trek wet through the house to use the toilet. The beds are very firm here which we found uncomfortable, BUT I know that’s a personal preference thing. The mattresses were in good condition, no lumps or humps. The distance to Disney World from here is short, but be aware that I-4 can get really crazy especially during rush hour. We found it best to leave half an hour before wanted to be at the gate.

Nice place

The property was nice and clean with exception to the pool. We called a property manager about the pool and they were quick to come clean it although we were unable to use it for the first 4 days of the rental. There were quite a bit of accommodation in the rental that came in handy and the kids really enjoyed their rooms and separate TVs.

Great Florida Stay

I will be coming back

I loved loved this property my family and I had an amazing relaxing time in Florida. Gated community , good area. My son loved the pool, the only thing is I wish it was heated few times was to cold for me but my son had no problem going in 😊. The house was spacious lots of room, game room. The property owner has been so nice and helpful through this entire time. I will be retuning with my family next year. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderfully peaceful and comfortable stay at this villa. Everything functioned well and we were pleasantly surprised that the AC was not set not to go any lower than 74, quite common at Florida rentals, although we really didn’t need it anyway. The location was perfect and the only real negative was it didn’t show as well as the Photos, but all in all we were very happy!!

Good Villa in Davenport

Great villa to stay in , comes as described in advert. Pool & pool area are big, we was a party of 6 but it’s big enough for 8. The area seemed safe , a few good places to eat in nearby championsgate with a publix supermarket as well. Our kids enjoyed the games room in the garage. The management company responded to any queries quickly. Some Positives which are not mentioned in the renters advert. The main TV has all the sports channels so you can watch English football. The bedroom TV are connected to ROKU so you can access Netflix ect. A Walgreens which has most essentials is 5 mins by car. Negatives - the traffic on I4 to get to parks makes the journey time 45 minutes, we was only doing parks a few days so we dealt with it. The pool heating which we paid for was not as hot as other villas we have stayed in Orlando. The mattress as other reviews have said are very firm Overall we did enjoy the villa & I would recommend to others.

Perfect stay

The house is lovely and comfortable and was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The location to Disney was spot on and only took about 15 minutes to get back and forth (dending on traffic of course). Since we spent most of our time at the theme parks, we didn't use the game room or pool but both were beautiful and I'm sure would be hours of great fun. The house has everything you need and having 3 bathrooms made getting ready in the mornings a breeze for a big group. Caroline was a pleasure to work and all the information you need is in the home. There is a Publix near by which we stopped at several times. It was easy to pick up groceries to go back and make dinner after being at the theme parks which saved money. Our son celebrated his 21st birthday while we were there so we had a nice dinner at Miller's Ale House in Champions Gate. It was a great restaurant and a very memorable night. I would absolutely recommend this home if you are going to be in the Orlando area. We would love to return again in the future. Thank you, Caroline, for a great week!

Very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything as described. Very good communication with owners. No complaint. As a wheelchair user though, the entrance of the driveway is steep and being able to use the garage for the car would have been nice (the garage is used as an entertainment area with the pool table etc. ). Home away from home

A real home away from home, with all the amenities you could ever want or need. A beautiful south facing pool area with the sun all day and plenty of sun beds. Overall a very spacious, lovely villa. Great location just off the I4 with easy access to all of the theme parks. Our daughters loved having the private pool which is so worth the extra expense especially after a long day walking around the parks. Close to petrol stations and a Publix supermarket. 5 stars and would highly recommend. The owners were also very professional and easy to communicate with, responding promptly to any questions we had.
