The villa is in the area of Mellisaki, which is 2.7 kilometers from the port. The road to the house is a wide dirt road. The villa is on two levels the ground floor has of a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped open- plan kitchen. On the lower ground floor that leads directly onto a large veranda and the garden is a large master bedroom with an en- suite bathroom, a 2nd master bedroom (with a double bed) and an en- suite bathroom, two bedrooms (with double beds) with one bathroom. Outside there is a BBQ with an outside dining area, a large covered veranda with a seating area all with a sea view and a swimming pool.

The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning unit before guests arrive and after their departure.
