Only 2 miles to I-25, and 7-minutes to the U.S. Air Force Academy 'North Gate'. Quiet, secure street in upscale Gleneagle subdivision only minutes to all services: supermarket, Walgreens, golf, beauty salons, Kohl's, Bass Pro Shop, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Top Golf, library, parks, hiking trails, & many restaurants.

Main level includes master suite (large king bedroom, jetted tub /shower bathroom & double vanity); LR with gas fireplace and TV w/ DVD, Pandora, and Netflix; formal DR with seating for 8+; guest full bath with shower/tub; laundry room with washer & dryer; and office.
