Hi Daryl, Thank you so much for the review! It really is hard to beat a wrap around decks with mountain views like this one and we are ALL looking forward to the regrowth and rebuilding that is currently taking place after the East Troublesome Fire. As far as trash door to door dumpster service can be tricky in the mountains with the consideration of wildlife and overall road accessibility for dump trucks. We try to make handling trash as convenient as possible for our guests and wish we had a way to make this happen for all of our homes. We hope to see you all again soon! Thanks Again! Grand Mountain Rentals

So glad to hear you enjoyed the home along with the views and cozy fireplace! We hope to see you again in the future!

Hey David! We are glad to hear this home suited your needs and was in a great location for your vacation. Unfortunately, curbside trash service is not easy at all to have up here, and it definitely is nice that we provide a dumpster for all guest use anytime they need during their stay, free of cost. This helps housekeeping especially if the trash stinks, yet unfortunately guests do not always "pack it in and pack it out," and it would be a huge burden to us or cleaners to take trash after guests leave. We hope to see you again!

Hi Stephanie, we wish you would have brought any issues regarding cleanliness to our attention during your stay as we would have been more than happy to address any major problems. We do specify the area around the home as being impacted by the fire in the marketing description as well. Thank you for staying with us!

We're happy you and your family had such a great time at Lake Ridge Trail Cabin! Our property management team is always happy to help and we're glad you enjoyed working with us. We try to be as clear as we can when giving directions to the home, and to let our guests know that GPS is not always accurate in the mountains. We enjoyed hosting you and your family and hope you think of Grand Mountain Rentals for your next trip to Grand Lake! - Grand Mountain Rentals

Hello Kathleen, We do state that this property has visible views of the burn scar and it's also seen very easily in several of the marketing photos. This is a lovely yet affordable pet friendly property that allows guests to enjoy the beautiful area without breaking the bank. It's hard to address amenities that you believe were lacking without examples of such. We hope that you come back to Grand Lake again.

So glad you enjoyed Lake Ridge Trail and had a nice and relaxing 25th anniversary trip! Lake Ridge Trail is a special home and the perfect mountain getaway!
