We had a wonderful stay at this sunny, pretty property, with lovely views over the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves and appreciated the outside seating area, with its electrically adjustable sunshade. We didn’t feel we could safely walk to the village, due to the lack of pavement on one stretch, but it was only a 5 minute drive to shops and a very good bar/restaurant and there is a free car park. It’s possible to walk or get a free bus from there to the very pretty old village, with amazing views.Vence and St Paul de Vence are a short drive away and well worth a visit.We had a few problems with finding the apartment as there are a number of properties with the same postcode. The correct one is up a small side road opposite to the property our satnav took us to, and is the first on the left.

Sehr schöne Lage der Wohnung für zwei Personen auch gut geeignet. Das Pool ist wirklich schön groß und eine wunderbare Abkühlung bei heißen Sommertagen. Sehr nette Vermieterin kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben das Haus für zwei Wochen gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, der Pool ist groß und unsere Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, außerdem bekommt man sie nur selten zu sehen. Kurz gesagt: Mietet das Haus mit gutem Gewissen und verbringt eine schöne Zeit.Neriman S.

Très beau cadre, le logement correspondait a l’annonce et la propreté était au top. Propriétaire très sympathique et disponible. La piscine est très propre et a quelques mètres du logement. Aucun problème pour se garer. On recommande sans hésitation!

Eine sehr schönes Anwesen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier! Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt ideal sowohl für Ausflüge in die Berge als auch Fahrten nach Nizza. Man ist in der Fewo und am sehr schönen Pool für sich. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick!

Très jolie propriété bien entretenue, l'inconvénient majeur est le bruit du trafic routier...

L'accès y est un peu difficile du fait de la forte et courte pente.

Fijne plek!

Mooi gelegen in prachtige tuin. Goed uitgeruste keuken en goed bed. Het zwembad was heerlijk. De weg erlangs met veel verkeer is wel een nadeel. Gelukkig was het 's nachts rustig. De eigenaresse is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Vacances superbes

Location très agréable. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous a accueilli à notre arrivée avec un petit verre sur sa terrasse. Elle reste très discrète et présente si nous en avons besoin. Ce fut un plaisir de se détendre au bord de la piscine. La région regorge de beaux endroits à découvrir. Je conseil fortement cette location. M. DESMOULINS

Superbe location

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines dans cet appartement. La piscine est géniale, les enfants se sont éclatés. Location bien placée pour nos visites et courses. L’appartement est parfait pour nous 4 avec tout ce qu’il faut. La propriétaire est aussi discrète que disponible. Accueil parfait nous avons pu déposer nos affaires le matin afin de pouvoir profiter de notre première journée . Merci beaucoup, nous avons de beaux souvenirs de nos vacances.

Erholsamer Urlaub

War alles perfekt, Einrichtung super, Matratzen waren sehr gut , Sauber . Sehr nette Vermieter. Allerdings für 4 Erwachsene ist die Wohnung definitiv zu klein. 2 Erwachsene u 2 Kinder passt gut. Pool sehr schön, Blick und Wetter waren top.

Location agréable

Nous avons passés quelques jours agréables avec nos enfants qui ont appréciés la piscine. Propriété propre et sécurisée. Accès facile pour visiter la region en voiture (La côte :De Nice à Menton en passant par Monaco et la campagne, Grasse, vence, la colle sur loup...) Terrasse avec store d'ombrage et vue sur piscine. Le - :La route en contrebas est assez passante /bruyante. Une moustiquaire ou une bougie à la citronelle aurait été un plus.

L'appartement est très agréable, bien équipé, confortable et fonctionnel avec une belle terrasse et un bel environnement végétal. Belle piscine, très propre et bien située à proximité de l'appartement . Les photos sur le site sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Josiane et Serge sont accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Je recommande cette location.

Très belle propriété, très bien entretenue. Gite très agréable et fonctionnel. Très bons équipements

Serge et Josiane sont très accueillants et discrets. Le gîte est prêt de la piscine, avec une terrasse indépendante et discrète. Toutes les commodités pour passer un bon séjour.

Très bonnes vacances région magnifique proximité mer et montagne appréciable

Belle propriété en retrait de la frénésie de la rivièra mais néanmoins facile d accès. Cadre propice au repos avec toutes les commodités piscine terrasse jardin. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour la location est qualitative belles pièces bien agencées tout est à disposition pour rendre le séjour agréable la literie est très confortable. Serge et Josiane sont d excellents hôtes discret et prévenant nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour et espérons bien y revenir
