Our apartment is located only 150 metres to the beach, close to the main atractions, supermakets, cultural centre, towncouncil and shopping areas. Completely renovated in 2014. Bathroom with shower We have satellite tv, HIFI equipment, Internet services on the same building. Many local and international restaurants in the town open all year aroud. You will always have the local 'ambiente' anytime of the year. Parking to let available in the neabys. Please request information to the property owner. The weather conditions make possible walking, sea and sun bathing most of the year. The town is near to many other highlights for cultural and natural sceneries like Granada, Sierra Nevada, Malaga, Almeria...

The host is very welcoming, informative and patient. He really helped me find a parking spot and I felt in good hands. The apartment is great. The two balconies were terrific reading spots. Lovely neighbourhood, 5 minutes away from the sea. Great sunsets guaranteed.

Superb location.

Five minutes walk to supermarkets, beach, bus station and old town. We only had one minor problem and Manolo came the same day to put it right. We stayed for January and February and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Super situated for city life

The flat was clean and has a good placement in the city. Nice look down to a bonsai garden. You reach beach, restaurants and shops very easy. The host was very serviceminded and helpful. Flat is good for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. We can recommend it.

Two great weeks in Andalusian fall

Dear Manuel, we (family with 2 kids) enjoyed our stay in your flat in Almunecar a lot! Nice and comfy, fully equipped - and a nice balcony with a great view on palm trees and the bonsai museum park for our breakfasts. The beach is very close and there is a bautiful spot a the foot of the Peñon del Santo rock. Granada, the Sierra Nevada, Las Alpujarras, Rio Verde - all not far away and easy to reach by car. Almuñécar was a very good base for our holiday! Manuel is a very kind and professional host and a master of many languages ;-) Clear recommendation!

Wir wurden sehr nett von Manolo , dem Eigentümer empfangen. Die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir liebten es in den kleinen Gassen spazieren zu gehen.Wunderschön war auch die Promenade wo man gemütlich einen Wein trinken konnte und stets ein paar Tapas dazu bekam.Die Wohnung ist einfach aber gemütlich eingerichtet.Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Hilfsbereitschaft Manolos.Wir werden auf jedem Fall einmal wiederkommen.

Very Spanish themed, clean and well furnished with ample facilities (except no kettle).

Comfortable apartment, good location and easy enough to boil water in a pan - only required for breakfast/brunch so no real problem. Slightly noisy (outside and some furniture movement in other apartments) but soon got used to that. Good liason with the owner, Manolo.

6 great weeks in Almuñecar.

The apartment is well equipped and well organized for max. 4 persons. We missed a sunny balcony in those wintermonths but had a great pleasure of the big and sunny roof terrace. The apartment has a perfect location in town, close to beach, busstation, shopping and market. Manolo is a splended and very serviceminded host. We can give our best recommendation.

Die Wohnung war wie im Inserat beschrieben, sauber und gepflegt. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Ein echt gemütlicher Urlaub und tolle Vermieter

Wir 3 Personen (zwei Söhne & Vater) waren super Überrascht, das die Fotos, tatsächlich den Bildern entsprechen. Es ist sehr ein sehr Uriger und toller Männer-Urlaub gewesen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, das Appartement, hatte alles was man benötigt, das einzige war, das die Dusche mit feingefühl zum Regeln der Temperatur gehandhabt werden musste, das ist aber wirklich der einzige kleine Punkt in einer Reihe sehr positiver, ordentlicher und sauberer Eindrücke, besonders genossen haben wir die Frühstücke gemeinsam auf dem Balkon. Der Strand ist tatsächlich nur wenige Minuten entfernt und war ein Kieselstrand, was uns nicht gestört hatte. Manolo hat geduldig (trotz unserer Verspätung) auf uns gewartet und uns liebevoll die Einrichtung gezeigt und erklärt. Ich würde die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Außerdem würde ich empfehlen selbst mit nur dürftigen Spanisch, die Einheimischen Restaurants ausprobieren, welche sehr günstig, reichhaltig und eben echtes leckeres Spanisches Essen machen. Zum Strand sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Sonnenschirm mit nehmen, welcher auch Vorhanden ist. Vielen Dank nochmals an Manolo und Paqui.

Le logement est très bien situé. Il est très bien aménagé et très propre. On est à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la mer et tous les restaurants, bar, épicerie, et autres sont très proches. Les autoroutes sont très proches. Le propriétaire parle parfaitement le français, on a eu un très bon accueil. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Great location, great space

I stayed in the apartment for 2.5 months. It is in a great location, 5 minutes from the old town, 5 minutes from the beaches, close to everything that Almunecar has to offer. It is clean, well equipped and has everything you would need to stay for a short or longer visit. The owner was very helpful, and when a few maintenance issues occurred, he was very quick to respond. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.

C'est avec un réel plaisir que nous avons retrouvé, pour la deuxième année consécutive, Manolo, ce sympathique propriétaire. Nous avons à nouveau passé un séjour super agréable dans ce confortable petit appartement du centre d'Almunecar. Nous avons découvert une Andalousie automnale mais encore chaude et une mer très agréable à une période que nous ne connaissions pas mais qui présente l'avantage de plus de calme. Quelle que soit la saison, c'est un lieu de rêve attrayant où on aspire à retourner.

Comfortable and compact

Well equipped and nicely furnished apartment. Centrally located and convenient for all facilities of town and beach. We arrived unexpectedly but Manolo soon had the apartment ready for us. He was great, he couldn't. do enough for us to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

A perfect town apartment

The apartment was just perfect for 2 adults (but would be fine for +2 children). It was in good decorative order & the owner was very kind & attentive & nothing was any bother! He had thoughtfully given us warm bedding & left extra heaters for the winter rental! It was exactly as described in the advert & photos - clean & comfortable! The apartment is very central & easy for daily shopping & great access to the old town & the beach promenade. Only 5 mins walk to the bus station with a great public bus service so no need to hire a car. There were lots of great restaurants & bars within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Almunecar is still a traditional town with free tapas with every drink bought! We loved exploring the wee cobbled lanes of the old town with its individual shops & bars. The municipal market was also close by. We had a fabulous holiday!
