Adorable country cottage, very clean and displays beautiful artwork of the host’s talent for paintings of nature and wildlife. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We were able to sleep 5 of us comfortably. A few different levels are not mentioned in the listing and although this wasn’t a big issue, it was a small challenge for my spouse. Great view of the valley, a quiet and relaxing few days.

We stayed in the Bear Cave. It was great. Everything was super clean, we had everything we needed, the view off The deck was amazing. We had to leave a day early unfortunately, but we will definitely book again. I would also recommend Wilderness Spirit to pretty much anybody.

The cabin was in a convenient location. The beds were fine, but the futon was very worn and uncomfortable. I had a hard time with the musty smell of the cabin. I’m not sure what exactly it was coming from. It was also extremely hot in the evenings. The kitchen was very inconvenient to use. Pictures should be posted to give you the full idea. Otherwise, a cute little place to stay. The host was very kind.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Thankfully we had a couple shorter adults, the twin beds are designed for children, so we had some issues with sleeping. We had a cot otherwise it would have been tough, I think this should be noted better in the listing. The kitchen was hard to work with more than one in there.All that being said, we enjoyed the cabin and Dale was a nice guy that was very engaging and nice to visit with. I would stay in the cabin again.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and would come back. To address your concerns with the twin beds. They are the standard size twin beds not children beds however they are not extra long size. (I didn’t even know those existed until I checked after seeing your review.) Unfortunately that size wouldn’t fit in the space unless we cut it down to one twin bed. However, Dale did tell you about the sofa in the living room that turns into a full bed that you could have used for the tall person. We added that for another option for guests. Dale enjoyed talking to you all. I wish I could have met you and talked but I had a bad case of the flu so didn’t want to expose you all to it. Hopefully if you come back sometime I can. Thank you again.
