Perfect location for my family for a Charleston wedding . The home was in a good location , plenty of space for 9 people , well equipped kitchen , excellent amenities and thoughtful touches . Has a beautiful view or the marsh ( which became a temporary lake with the weekend rains) and this could be viewed from multiple deck spaces . The host Luiz was very attentive and answered all my questions . Highly recommend the property .

The layout of the house and comfort were great for our size party. The views from the back of the house were spectacular. Inside the house is well worn, the carpets are old and stained. Many fixtures especially in the bathrooms need replacing and there was no patio furniture inside the screened porch. The house is need of an update.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the house and its beautiful views! Several repairs and improvements are already planned for the coming months. During the busy summer season, the home is frequently booked, so larger updates are generally scheduled as the property becomes more available. Some of the planned improvements will include updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Once the work is completed, we plan to have new photos taken to accurately reflect the home’s updated condition. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience.

We loved our stay at this property! Luiz was an amazing host and very responsive and kind. There were multiple beautiful outdoor areas with scenic views. In addition, there was plenty of room for a large group. It was also a short ride to Charleston and Sullivan's island. I highly recommend this property!

Luiz was wonderful to work with, answered all our questions immediately. He was also great about getting us into the house when the VRBO app was not working correctly. The location was wonderful and was perfect for my daughter, and all her bridesmaids, to get ready before the big event! Thank you for being so accommodating Luiz! If we come back to visit, we would definitely stay in the house again!
