Un excellent hébergement

Cet hébergement est situé à 2 minutes en voiture de la mer (plage d'Ansédonia, mais d'autres plages plus belles se situent un peu plus loin) et à 1 minute de l'entrée de l'autoroute qui permet de se rendre rapidement dans différents lieux culturels en direction de Rome ou en direction de Livourne. Malgré cette proximité de la route, l'endroit est très calme, verdoyant, au coeur d'une ancienne oliveraie avec de vieux arbres magnifiques. La terrasse couverte est parfaite à toute heure. Le logement n'est pas très grand mais très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Un appartement de vacances idéal !

Un angolo verde al mare

Il giardino è bellissimo, molto curato nella scelta delle piante. E' stato molto gradito sia da noi che dal nostro cane. I proprietari Michele e Bettina sono molto accoglienti, disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problema e a dare consigli sulla zona. L'appartamento è piccolo e ammobiliato con gusto, molto ben attrezzato. La zona cucina è molto piccola come descritto. Ci siamo stati molto bene e ci tornerei volentieri.

Un angolo di paradiso

Arrivati a poggio Malabarba , conservavo ancora il timore legato al Covid, avro’ fatto bene mi dicevo ? Avranno rispettato le norme igieniche tutelandoci mi ripetevo? Quando ci venne incontro il proprietario capii che sarebbe andato tutto bene , rivelandosi poi tutto ben oltre le aspettative. Casetta deliziosa nel giardino padronale curatissimo, disseminato di ulivi secolari e siepi odorose, privacy assoluta e pace fatta di sole tra i rami bellissimi e stelle nel cielo blu. .Attenzione scrupolosa ad ogni cosa , nulla lasciato al caso,, dall’ effetto cromatico della biancheria scelta con cura ,all’ igiene restituita dal lindore e dal profumo di quanto il piu delle volte non ancora utilizzato. Certificazione della avvenuta sanificazione e disinfezione Covid dataci nell immediato . Gioia pura anche per macchia e bu bu i nostri due shi tzu che hanno fatto del giardino una occasione di vivere nella bellezza e scoperte a non finire , accettati ed amati come fossero di casa . PIACEVOLE SETTIMANA

Abbiamo prenotato la settimana di ferragosto presso questa struttura. I proprietari Michele e Bettina sono stati estremamente scrupolosi e piacevolmente disponibili in tutto. La casa è apparsa subito molto accogliente, pulita e spaziosa nonostante la piccola metratura. In casa non mancava assolutamente nulla, dalla biancheria alle stoviglie. l'esterno della casa è incantevole: prato inglese, piante di ulivo e la presenza di Idefix, il loro cagnolino dolcissimo e simpatico con il quale il nostro Jekyll ha potuto condividere la sua vacanza. Inoltre i proprietari al nostro arrivo ci hanno fornito preziosi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e sulle migliori spiagge. Siamo stati davvero benissimo e consigliamo vivamente questa struttura. Ottimo, da consigliare.

La casa non è grandissima ma c'è spazio sufficiente per poter ospitare in modo confortevole 4 persone. È dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza e soprattutto più che pulita. Gli spazi all' aperto sono stupendi. I padroni di casa eccezionali, accoglienti e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità o per dare consigli su posti da visitare. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno.

"La descrizione fatta risponde in pieno alla realtà. La casa è un pò piccola se si dovesse passare molto tempo all''interno, ma il fuori compensa largamente questo aspetto. Il posto è ottimo sia come locazione che come sistemazione (giardino e ambiente). La famiglia ospitante è veramente seria e precisa. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve e il soggiorno alla fine vale la somma richiesta. Se si potesse darei più di 5 a tutti i giudizi. Serve sicuramente la macchina per le spiaggie, i primi negozi sono a qualche chilometro (Orbetello/Capalbio scalo). "

"Il contesto globale (cas...

"Il contesto globale (casa, giardino, attrezzatura, distanze, mare) corrisponde esattamente a ciò che è descritto nella presentazione della casa vacanze. La casa è piuttosto piccolina, ma tale riduzione di spazio interna è ampiamente compensata dal giardino esterno ampiamente vivibile sia per i pasti sia per i giochi dei bimbi ed anche per il relax degli adulti, vista la presenza di splendide sdrario e divani per il riposo quotidiano. Il mare è raggiungibile esclusivamente con i mezzi (auto, bici, moto, etc.) Splendida è la spiaggia Feniglia a qualche chilometro di distanza, ben attrezzata, pulita. Simpatica anche la cittadina di Orbetello sempre nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario, Michele, sempre presente per eventuali ed ulteriori richieste. Da non sottovalutare la quiete diurna notturna, amalgamata con un tetto di stelle mozzafiato che si staglia nel cielo quando è sera ed ampiamente visibile a causa della posizione ottimale lontano da caos e luci"
