We totally loved the place and our stay! We brought our GS with us and she was so happy. They have a perfect set up if you are traveling with a dog. Marti adds so many extra touches that you usually don’t get in rentals. 100% would stay again! Perfect if you are in town for the races!!

We had a great long weekend. The property was great, very clean, Marti is amazing answering all questions, recommending restaurants, and had the refrigerator filled with drinks, English Muffins, Fruit, and juice. It was very comfortable and good location for distilleries, Kroger, and downtown Georgetown has fun things to explore We will stay again!

Peaceful location

The stay was fantastic. Very good for our small dogs and the treats left were wonderful. Very convenient to horse farms and distilleries. Next time through we will stay again if available

My collie and I had a wonderful stay. Marti responded quickly to all questions and worked with me with my allergy to perfumes. The apartment was clean, and comfortable, with a variety of books to read and a pool table. I had a very relaxing stay. Thank you, Marti.

Fabulous location with lots of extras

We really enjoyed staying with Marti; she has many extras like a regular hotel: water, drinks, yogurt, and various refrigerated items, plus a basket with goodies in it for us humans and some snacks for our dogs. We really enjoyed the space both inside and out; my favorite was the morning walks on the golf course (just a few steps from our entry), and her cozy little sitting area, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning with your coffee and enjoying the view in a covered, outside space. We appreciated having space for our dogs to run and play, and easy clean up. Overall we enjoyed "staying in" as much as exploring the area! Thank you Marti, we have favorited this location and will plan to come again!

I did not hear the first train or any highway noise. It is quiet and relaxing. We had another successful trip to Marti's place. She did a great job. Had more food there than we could eat. Highly recommend if you are looking for some R&R very peaceful, tranquil and scenic. Marti is a gracious host provides fresh fruit, yogurt, lots of drink options, English muffins she will ask what you would like even doggie treats are left!! Recommendations to local places to eat are great! The pics on line are a bit outdated there is a small screen tv in the bedroom and a bigger one in the living room. I would stay here again hands down. Thank you Marti for the small details they mean a lot! Also flexible with check in/out timing permits.
