Beautiful SKI CONDO at the Lodge at 100 West Beaver Creek Blvd. has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps 10 people. This fully remodeled unit features new appliances – refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, oven and convection microwave. The kitchen is complete with dishes, utensils and cookware, all ready for your family get away.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a steam shower/tub with jets, and a private balcony.

The second bedroom has a king bed, with attached, newly updated bathroom.

The third bedroom boasts 2 bunk bed sets that are a twin over a full. It also has an attached, newly updated bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. This room features a private outdoor balcony.

Amazing view of Beaver Creek. The wood burning fireplace completes the feeling of this mountain retreat. Wood is provided on the balcony for use during your vacation. Gas grill on balcony.

The Lodge at 100 West Beaver Creek Blvd. is a very short walk from the RiverFront Express Gondola, allowing easy access to the ski slopes of Beaver Creek. If you prefer to ski at Vail, the shuttle bus picks up directly in front of Avon Center.

Venture Sports is located in the lobby of the Lodge at 100 West Beaver Creek Blvd. Venture Sports is a full service ski rental shop in the winter, and bike rental shop in the summer. Avon Liquors carries full strength beer and has a great wine selection. Restaurants in the lobby include Italian, Chinese, a sandwich shop and a great sports bar.

Very Nice and Convenient.

We had a wonderful few days here. So close to Beaver Creek. The condo fit us all very well and our host was very accommodating. A restaurant and ski shop in the building was a bonus. We would recommend staying here for a convenient location to ski and visit Beaver Creek. Thank you!

Fabulous Ski Getaway

Everything that was described was delivered. Lovely owners with amazing communication. Kids/ teenagers really enjoyed the condo with the TVs for football and board games for New Year's Eve. Easy ski/ gondola access. Hot tubs nearby at the Westin were enjoyed every night. Kitchen stocked well for cooking for 8 every night. Plenty of sleeping room. Beautifully appointed. Home away from home. Thank you.

Friends and family ski vacation

We had a great stay at Kat"s condo in Avon. Our party had 4 adults and 4 kids. The bedroom set-up was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked besides a missing coffee pot. The mudroom is a perfect spot for all of our gear and getting ready in the morning. It's a short walk to the Beaver Creek Riverfront Gondola. Great location for skiing and conveniently located to stores and restaurants. It was easy to communicate with Kat before, during and after our stay. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Great location

Our family stayed for a ski trip. We loved how we could walk everywhere. Short walk to the Gondola and restaurants in town. The restaurants in the building are quite good. Ski and gear storage was convenient and plentiful in the unit. Three separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms was so nice nobody had to share. The kitchen was well equipped and the underground parking was nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend in Avon! The location is so close and convenient to the Westin gondola, that we felt like we experienced the same comforts of staying at a ski-in ski-out without the Beaver Creek price tag. The condo is well appointed and the kids enjoyed sharing the bunkbed room and huge selection of board games. We adults enjoyed two king-sized beds in our own bedroom suites and a well-stocked kitchen with ample hang-out space for all of us to enjoy each other’s company with two big comfy couches & chairs. We would gladly stay here again, as Kathleen was an excellent host and made our stay away from home a most enjoyable one!

Ample space for everyone

This is a fantastic unit for a large family or even 2 families. The 2nd master is at the opposite end of the unit from the main master; thus, providing couple # 2 total privacy. Please note that the main master bathroom does not have a door; although, you cannot see into it from the bed area, so its still somewhat private. The mudroom, 5 cubicles, and ski stands in the foyer were critical. All furnishings and equipment worked great. Owner is extremely attentive. The elevator always came fast.You can walk to several restaurants, although the italian place and chinese place on the 1st floor are both very good. You can walk to several equipment rental places and to a full service grocery store. You really don't even need to bring any winter or seasonal clothing/gear, because there are 2 large stores a block away (Sun and Ski and Christies). Sun and Ski is a big box and has good deals on every possible coat, glove, accesssory etc. The gondola is a block away, and the Skier Express bus stop is even closer. I tried to avoid the bus because it gets packed.

Ski Trip - February 2019

Great location and the condo was perfect. Very clean and perfectly accommodated our crowd of two adults and three teens. We normally stay slopeside but this was a relatively last minute trip. Access to the slopes via the Westin lift and ski shops was easy and convenient. The restaurants in the building were excellent. Highly recommend this condo.

We have been to Avon numerous times to ski at Beaver Creek and Vail, but this was our best stay ever, thanks to the Frank's wonderful condo! They are very helpful hosts, communicating about every detail and having the place ready and welcoming for your arrival. While we know and love many Avon restaurants, we found ourselves staying in almost every night to enjoy the warmth of this great family retreat. Well stocked with games and puzzles, satellite TV and a lovely wood-burning fireplace, we had many great hours there as a family. Building security is outstanding, covered parking in basement is convenient, and the location is very central in Avon. The heated tile bathroom floors were great, and the steam shower was the best way to relax tired muscles after our ski days. We will be back! The Lundberg family

The property was perfect for our family. We loved the location- close to the in town gondola, restaurants, and shops. The unit had everything you could need, including a waffle maker. It was clean and even had Charmin toilet paper. It was great that each bedroom had a bathroom. We hope to stay there again in the future.

This 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and beautiful! I've stayed in Avon many times and this was my favorite condo yet. It is in a great location - across the street from the Gondola for Beavercreek mtn access and a quick drive to Vail. Kathleen was so easy to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!!

Christmas at Beaver Creek

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Condo was spacious for our group of 9. Very well stocked with everything. This condo is located at a very very convenient location. Beaver creek's gondola was few hundred yards away. Rented snow boards from Venture Sports on the first floor. Ate at a great Italian place in the building. My brother in law really liked the wine shop also in the building. City Market was within walking distance. Other than skiing and riding, we never had to leave the building. Thank you.
