Appartement très agréable, idéalement situé à proximité du centre et des plages, laissant la possibilité de tout faire à pied. Le plus (précieux à Biarritz) : la place de parking dans l'immeuble. L'autre plus : l'accueil très sympathique du propriétaire des lieux.

superbe appartement bien rénové en plein centre de Biarritz avec une belle vue et surtout une place de parking, ce qui est un "have to" dans cette ville. Le propriétaire est charmant et fait le maximum pour rendre votre séjour agréable.

Un bellissimo appartamento, ordinatissimo, pulitissimo e in una zona tranquilla, ma centrale e vicina ai luoghi interessanti di Biarritz. Eric è stato un ottimo padrone di casa, puntuale, corretto e molto gentile fornendoci anche molte informazioni turistiche ( attenti alle maree!). Certainement à recommander!!

Excellent séjour, dans une très belle ville!

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. L'appartement est en tous points conforme à la description et photos indiquées. La situation en centre ville permet de tout faire en marchant un peu, le réseau de transports en commun est très pratique pour se déplacer un peu plus loin. La situation est très calme. Par ailleurs, monsieur Renier est très attentif à la qualité du séjour des vacanciers. Nous recommandons cette adresse pour un séjour en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) .

Excellent accueil du propriétaire qui a su prendre son temps pour nous conseiller sur les spots à visiter dans la région. Appartement très bien agencé, belle décoration doté d'une très belle vue sur Biarritz et l'océan, situé dans un endroit calme et néanmoins tout à proximité du centre ville, des halles (marché quotidien très apprécié) et de la plage.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. "Abbiamo trascorso una bellisima vacanza a Biarritz, anche grazie all''appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato. L''abitazione del Sig. Eric Renier è grande, luminosa, accogliente e perfettamente pulita (la pulizia, specie quando vado in una casa altrui, o anche in albergo, è una cosa che controllo molto attentamente). E'' curata nei minimi particolari...non manca nulla, cè pure il posto auto. La posizione poi è splendida! Vista mare e sui tetti di Biarritz, con il faro che fa compagnia costantemente. Un elogio poi al sig. Eric R., cordiale, affabile, disponibile. Se tornerò a Biarritz vorrò sicuramente prenotare ancora una volta il suo bellissimo appartamento."

"Appartement refait à neuf, tout confort, décoration soignée et propre. Bien placé, parking gratuit au pied de l'immeuble. Accueil agréable. A noter que le propriétaire encaisse la caution dès l'arrivée (400 euros pour une semaine)"
