Affordable Oceanfront Condo with Private Pier Access

The decor is beach-themed and inviting, creating a tranquil atmosphere for your stay. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and all the essentials you may need to prepare delicious meals. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony overlooking the pool!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Quiet, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and relaxing. View from balcony was good. Had a musty smell but a little febreeze took care of that. Was clean and comfortable.

Whether walking almost straight out onto the beach or sitting on the 2nd floor balcony enjoying the breeze and the sight and sound of the waves, this was exactly what we wanted and needed for the long weekend. The staff at Island Realty was GREAT! Super helpful and enthusiastic. This unit is small, but for two adults and two teens, it was everything we needed for sleeping and relaxing between meals and jaunts to the beach and pool. We had everything we needed to make simple meals with the food we brought--though it is a one person at a time kitchen. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Toilet backed up and I waited 3 hours for maintenance and decided to go to Target and buy a plunger. Neighbors above this unit were extremely noisy especially at 5:30 am every morning.

It is unfortunate that the plumber took 3hours to arrive, Island Realty does not have any on staff plumbers and we have to rely on local companies to provide us service after hours. They were very efficient and courteous!The location was ideal. The particular unit was worn and in need of updates. The front door was rotting at the bottom, linens were old and worn. Cabin 233 vacation time

Reviewer Comments: Overall grounds were meticulously maintained , gate coded access to beach and fishing pier provided extra security in knowing anyone other than guests could not access the area, parking was also private and overall security was evident as the area was patrolled regularly. The cabin itself, could use some updating , the living area could use a larger sized tv and the cabin was inDEFINITE need of a new mattress set. It was well equipped with the basic appliances and towels were soft . While indoors, we spent our time on deck looking out at the fantastic view . I would recommend this area to others but not this cabin until a few updates are made.

Reviewer Comments: Upon entering the room a musty, mildew smell permeated the place and remained throughout the stay. Cooking utensils were worn and only one stool at the island. Carpet on the balcony was in shreds and plastic outdoor furniture was broken. Entry door was in poor shape. Finally the mattress was worn out and it was on the outside wall with all the traffic and lights.

Poor communication regarding refrigerator not working and 2nd placed in dining room, making this small unit even more cramped. This entire unit needs updating! Bed is hard as a rock and extremely noisy, every time my spouse or myself rolled over, it woke the other up! only 18" on either side of bed, so we had a stool for night table, yet picture hangers were sticking out of wall at eye level! Chargers would not stay plugged into receptacles due to age and excessive use. Pictures are not realistic. TV in living area is SMALL!!! Multi piece shower tub surround was molded, side table in living room had a broken leg, luggage rack in closet was broken and unusable, and air vent above refrigerator was covered with dust. The unit reeked of stale cigarette smoke when A/C kicked on, kitchen trash can was dirty, and the switch to garbage disposal was BEHIND range! Was not worth price - big disappointment for my surprise birthday trip!

Our team responded promptly—resolving the TV and outlet issues the same day, wiping away light mildew near the tub, and scheduling the first available electrician for necessary rewiring that could not safely be completed during your stay. A temporary refrigerator was provided to ensure there was no interruption of use, and we worked with you to allow access so we could address several of the issues while you were there, followed by a credit for the inconvenience. While we’re disappointed this stay didn’t meet your expectations, we stand by the accuracy of our listing and the efforts made to respond professionally and promptly to every concern.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been renting for many years at the Sea Cabins. The cabin was ready sooner than usual. However, previous occupants smoked and left the cabin with a terrible tabacco smell. We approched the Property Manager and she was not able to swap our cabin but, gave us a discount. We had to buy Glade and air the room in order to reduce the smell. We should have been warned in advance of the situation and it should have been delt with before we at the counter while I checked in.
