Great House!

Lovely house and felt really a house! Had a very relaxing time due to the location. A 20 mins walk to the beach (one way) is worth a trip. Didn't bother driving as there are no parking spaces available, we might as well park in the driveway.

We can’t wait to return!

David was a wonderful contact and host for this VRBO residence! As a larger group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) we really appreciated the spaciousness of this charming multilevel house + multiple bathrooms. One detail we missed in booking was no wifi- which didn’t negatively impact our stay, but could have had we needed it. The house is nestled atop a hill in a lovely neighborhood that felt quite secure leaving us worry free as we spent our days exploring and beaching. When not beach bound, there is a very nice & easily accessible public pool right next to the house for a quick dip to cool off if you prefer. The primary room has direct access to a roof deck that provides a fantastic view of the Mediterranean and is great for stargazing. The house is within walking distance of the beach and shopping/restaurants but you can also drive 3 minutes to a closer spot for less walking if you prefer. We recommend doing this. Overall, we really appreciated this home that had tons of character, a heck of a view, and is in a great location that really elevated our holiday!

Super séjour dans cette incroyable maison d’architecte des années 70 Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le quartier paisible, la surface de la maison , la vue, la proximité de la piscine , les tennis … Superbe plage accessible à pied pour les bons marcheurs (15mn) le retour étant en montée. Contact parfait avec David le fils de Rosa Nous sommes partis ce matin avec un pincement au cœur !

Villa typique années 70 malheureusement les équipements aussi (mobilier, fenêtres, volets). Pas de climatisation (qui rend la 4eme chambre inhabitable) et pas de WiFi. Jardin en friche, électroménager à rénover (frigo tv four). Grâce à nous les suivants pourront jouer au tennis, les propriétaires n'ayant pas vérifié qu'il fallait une clé pour accéder...

Maison très agreable à vivre

Accueil et propreté génial, belle maison agréable et au calme en hauteur mais il faut aller à la plage en voiture sauf pour les sportifs, et difficile de se garer en aout. Deux choses à changer seulement : une télé correcte pour des enfants et Il faudrait aussi changer le frigo.

Prachtige ruime woning met echte Spaanse inrichting. Gedateerde tegels en veel hout. Maar van alle gemakken voorzien, vaatwasser, koffiezetter, broodrooster, waterkoker etc. Bijna elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen balkon met fraai uitzicht. We waren met 7 personen en we hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Zwembad om de hoek. Ruim genoeg, helaas geen ligbedjes. Wilden we de drukte in, dan liepen we naar beneden naar het stadje, genoeg winkels, cafe's en eettentjes tegen zeer schappelijke prijzen. Vooral pizzeria's zijn erg in trek. De weg terug naar het huis loopt redelijk steil omhoog, maar is te doen. Anders een taxi bestellen, zeer lage prijzen, wel van te voren af spreken. Verder een waterpark vlak in de buurt. Zeer veel leuke plaatsen in de omgeving en Barcelona met de trein is zeer goed te doen. De communicatie met de verhuurder loopt soms wat stroef, maar ze zijn zeer keurig en service gericht. Alles bij elkaar een zeer grote aanrader.

Zeer ruime, compleet ingerichte woning

Deze woning is zeker schoon, ruim en compleet ingericht in de jaren 70 stijl. Goede bedden, wel wat hard. Keuken compleet, vaatwasser, wasmachine met zeep, voldoende beddengoed en handdoeken kortom van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie rustige ligging en het gemeenschappelijke zwembad is op 50 meter. Altijd plaats om op het gras te liggen. We hebben de woning met 7 volwassenen gebruikt en als ruim voldoende ruim ervaren. Terras met uitzicht op zwembad, weg en zee in de verte is heerlijk voor de lange zomeravonden. Er is maar 1 tv zender en er is geen Wifi, dat is wel een nadeel. Te voet naar het centrum is te doen, maar dan moet je wel een steile heuvel op en af. Een plek waar een heerlijke vakantie zeker mogelijk is. Eigenaar is wat trager in haar reacties per email, maar zeer klantvriendelijk en service gericht. In de omgeving is voldoende te bekijken. Zoals Tossa de Mar ( en de kustweg ) , Peratallada, Barcelona en in de echt toeristische plaats is voldoende gelegenheid om lekker te eten en te drinken. Restaurant Roma is heel goed. Lekker een bamischijf of frikadel? Dan kan je bij B&M terecht. Boek deze woning gerust al je niet al te veel luxe wenst, maar wel lekker rustig vakantie wil vieren met de mogelijkheid de drukte op te zoeken.

Das richtige Haus für einen schönen Urlaub

Wir waren mit acht Personen (und Hund) in Platja d'Aro, für uns war das Haus ideal. Größe und Lage (Ausblick) waren toll, der Weg zum Strand per Fuß machbar und mit dem Auto sowieso. Am Abend war der Gemeinschaftspool (eigentlich schon ein Schwimmbad) der Siedlung der Renner, mehr als zehn Personen waren nie gleichzeitig in dem 20-Meter-Becken. Wie alle Häuser in Spanien sind Ameisen eine Herausforderung. Selbst der kleinste Essenrest (runtergefallener Erdnussflip) sorgt für eine Ameisenstraße. Also: Entweder das Essen wegfegen oder die Ameisen :-) Ist aber in den Griff zu kriegen und hat uns nichts ausgemacht. Die Vermieter sind supernett und unkompliziert. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal hinfahren.

Presque parfait !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est vaste dans un environnement verdoyant. Plage à 15 minutes à pieds, les commerces sont un peu plus loins (attention maison sur les hauteurs donc retour plus laborieux) Piscine communautaire parfaite. Bonne animation en nocturne dans les rues commerçantes. L'absence de climatisation n'est pas un sujet même sous les grosses chaleurs. Balcons nombreux mais potentiellement dangereux pour des jeunes enfants. Nous avons bénéficié de l'intégralité de la maison et la suite parentale au dernier étage est top. La vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et soucieux du bien être des vacanciers. Le lave-vaisselle serait un plus dans cette cuisine fonctionnelle. Caution restituée sans problème, quelques jours après la fin du séjour par virement. Nous recommandons sans problème cette location

L'ORIGINALITE EN FAIT SA SEDUCTION

Totalement charmés par l'originalité de cette maison. Location lumineuse avec de nombreuses terrasses, quatre vraies chambres, trois salles de bain, un grand espace de vie, une grande salle à manger, du linge de maison avec rechange. Nous étions au calme et la piscine - libre d’accès et peu fréquentée – est à deux pas de la maison. Playa de Aro est une petite ville animée, les gens sympathiques et souriants. Les plages sont magnifiques et propres. Mais le MUST est sans aucun doute Estel et sa famille! Des personnes que nous qualifierions d’adorables. Un grand merci à eux !!! estancia familial, casa amplia y acogedara

es una casa amplia, con personalidad propria, aspira calma y placer de vivir; Los niños pueden aprovechar sin peligro de la picina colectiva que se ve desde la casa; muy limpio y decoracion de buen gusto, cada uno dispone de espacio personal . lo recomiendo a familias. La atencion de los propietarios fue excelente y amistosa, nos dieron muy buenas ideas para cenar o visitar. Hay plajas variadas y diferentes y para los ninos, el parque aquatico en la misma ciudad.

Magnificent very ample independent house in SUPPLY of 220m2, exclusive design Bauhaus style, unique in the zone and incomparable situation. Work by famous Italian architect in years 70, original furniture of Italian style of the time. Everything with panoramic large windows (much light), that they give to several terraces and to the garden that surrounds the house.

Parking for 2 or 3 cars.

We rent all the plant of house of the house, with possibility of increasing the number of people. It has great communitarian swimming pool that it is seen from the house and 2 tennis courts including also.

Every year we improve our House, this year we have all the House New mattresses, as well as all the clothes House and towels.

The house is to less than 1 minutes of a precious natural beach.
